    interimprincipalatHighgateElementarySchool.PatrickearnedhisMastersfromthe
    UniversityofNorthCarolinaandundergraduatedegreefromUVM.Hehasservedinprincipal
    rolesatStarksboroandWestford,andasanassistantprincipalatMVUMiddleandEssexUnion
    HighSchools.

    PatrickismarriedtoDoctorLauraBellstrom,awellknownFranklinCountypediatrician.

    TheSchoolBoardandSuperintendentwereverypleasedtohiresuchanexperiencedandhighly
    respectedprincipal,especiallysolateinthesummer.

    Patrickwasselectedfromapoolof12qualifiedcandidates,inanexpeditedsearchprocess.
    ThesearchbeganimmediatelyfollowingMarcelChoquetteslatesummerdeparturetobecome
    theMiltonMiddleSchoolPrincipal.

    TheSchoolBoardwillholdaMeetandGreetforPatrickHartnettandallnewlyhired
    employeestobeintroducedtostaff,parents,andcommunitymembersattheAugust13th
    SchoolBoardmeeting.TheBoardmeetingwillbeginat6:15,attheHighgateElementary
    SchoolLibrary.
