Drum pumps
Introduction
The Lubi LDPHN & LDPHP series are thermoplastic, hand
operated, self-priming and double-action piston drum pumps,
which delivers liquids on forward as well as reverse stroke.
It takes less than six cycles to yield a gallon (3.8 litres).
i.e 22 oz. (0.650 literes) per stroke.
Pumps have vertical suction and horizontal discharge port.
The two position handle may be mounted either above or
below the pump. The handle can be padlocked to prevent
unauthorized dispensing. A built-in siphon breaker prevents
unwanted flow when pumping is stopped. It will operate wet
or dry without damage. Unlike ordinary metal hand pumps,
it will even handle fresh or salt water. Rust is no problem
here! This type of pump can be used for chemically
compatible liquids at temperatures up to 54C (130F) and
having maximum viscosity of 200 CPS (1,000 SSU). These
pumps are designed for farms, construction sites and
manufacturing plants.

Drum pumps
Introduction
The Lubi LDPPA series are heavy-duty, electric operated,
auger type and self-priming drum pumps, which provides a
safe and accurate way to transfer liquids from drums,
containers, tanks and totes.
Pumps have vertical suction and horizontal discharge port.
They are designed to transfer clean, non-abrasive, nonflammable and non-explosive liquids that are compatible
with pump materials.
The motor is isolated from liquid by a mechanical seal made
out of Teflon with a Viton O-ring. The pump has an outer
shaft which are made out of stainless steel AISI 316.
Pumps are driven by continuous duty electric motor rotating
at 2900 rpm. The motor has shielded, prelubricated ball
bearings that reduce maintenance requirements.
LDPPA drum pumps eliminate the need to turn over barrels
or drums to remove the liquid inside.
Applications
LDPPA pumps are used for pumping out liquids from drums,
barrels, large storage vessels, stainless steel tanks, totes, etc.
Drum pumps are widely used by different sectors such as:
Chemical plants
Food processing plants
Packaging plants
Plating
Semiconductor
Waste water treatment
Pharmaceutical

Drum pumps
Introduction
The Lubi LDPPP series are compressed air-operated,
piston reciprocating, medium pressure, self-priming drum
pumps, which are suitable for high flow transfer at short
distance of low to medium viscous liquids, lubricants,
chemicals, adhesive, varnishes, cosmetics and other
suitable fluids.
These pumps have 1:1 pressure ratio. This means that the
air pressure from compressor into the pump is equal to the
fluid pressure coming out of the pump.
These pumps can be supplied as separate unit or as
complete systems with all the necessary elements for proper
installation.
These pumps may be mounted on mobile units, drums,
tanks or walls, by using the appropriate accessories.
Pumps have vertical suction and horizontal discharge port.
LDPPP drum pumps eliminate the need to turn over barrels
or drums to remove the liquid inside.
NOTE: These pumps are designed and intended for transfer
only and do not reliably stall under pressure when used as a
demand pump. They must be controlled with a valve on the
air inlet.
Applications
LDPPP pumps are used for pumping out liquids from drums,
barrels, large storage vessels, stainless steel tanks, totes, etc.
These are widely used by different sectors such as:
