DSC/DPC Alarm Handling Use Cases

Use Case 1:
Scenario First time Initialization when the EMS, OAM Agent and DSC/DPC
application comes up
- Initial Sync ->EMS discovers OAM agent through sysOID discovery procedure. EMS
issues a getbulk to sync up the data with OAM agent. All Links status and DSC/DPC
op state is down.
- OAM Agent is up with user defined XML values.
- In this scenario all the links are coming up after the DPC/DSC status made up as
part of INIT-Complete.

Use Case 2:

before the OP status for DSC/DPC is UP.

Use Case 3:
Scenario EMS, OAM Agent and DSC/DPC application are all up. DSC/DPC
binary goes down.
-There is a periodic heart beat message which is sent from OAM agent to DSC/DPC.
Once the heartbeat message fails, OAM agent raises all link alarms and DPC/DSC
node failure alarm towards EMS.
-Link status Up indication from application is received before the DPC/DSC op status

Use Case 4:
Scenario EMS, OAM Agent and DSC/DPC application are all up. DSC/DPC
goes down before Init_Start message.
-There is a periodic heart beat message which is sent from OAM agent to
DSC/DPC .Once the heartbeat message fails, OAM agent raises all link alarms and
DPC /DSC node failure alarm towards EMS.
-Link status Up indication from application is received after the DPC/DSC Op Status
Up happens.

DPC /DSC node failure alarm towards EMS
-After DSC/DPC comes starts connecting, Init failure happens at application
