The Department of Homeland Security ("DHS") has filed an interlocutory appeal from the
Immigration Judge's order granting the respondent's motion to change venue from El Paso,
Texas to New York, New York. While the appeal was pending, the respondent was moved from
the detention center in El Paso, Texas and is now detained in Goshen, New York. Considering
the totality of the circumstances, this interlocutory appeal will be dismissed. Accordingly, the
following order will be entered.
ORDER: The appeal is dismissed.
