Sir :On april 17 th @approximately 0715am while on detail on Hancock St. along with Sgt Lanzillo.1 stopped Mass, registration 44HIN46, a 2008 Jeep color blue which was driven by MrJoseph Todisco 64 Westminster Ave, Arlington (D.0.B) 12/11/38 on Mystic ave @ Harvard for a speeding infractions through a construction site. While on my detail I along with Sgt.Lanzillo observed the above motor vehicle drive over the orange marker cones which blocked the end of Eliot St, and tum left on to Hancock (Note) construction at this location has been on going for the past 3-4 weeks prior) this m/v accelerated as it turned on to Hancock kicking up rocks and dirt as well as spinning it’s rear tires ,at this point Stg.Lanzillo and I yelled to the driver to slow down I also yelled to pull over and stop . The Blue jeep then drove through the orange barrels located at the intersection of Hancock St.@ Hancock Ave, striking one of the marker barrels with the front right of his mvv, as he tured right on to Hancock Ave, I at this time had run to my unmarked unit which was stopped at the intersection of Hancock St, @ Hancock As I entered my unmarked unit I was able to see the Jeep turn right on to Hancock Ct, by the time I had turned on to Hancock Ct. the blue jeep had turned right on to Mystic Ave, 1 then turned on to Mystic Ave and could see the blue jeep in front of me I activated my blue lights and wig wags, and accelerated in and attempt to caich up to the jeep I was then able to get behind the jeep and clock it via cruiser speedometer at a speed of 55 mph, still with my blue lights, wig -wag and siren which I Had activated. ‘The blue jeep finally pulled over at the intersection of Mystic Ave, @ Harvard, I exited after radioing Medford control of my location, at this point Officer Richard Le Bert whom was driving by stopped to lend any assistance if needed. T walked up the to driver Mr,Todisco and stated “Sir could I have your license and registration please” Mr.Todisco responded by stating “what are you stopping me for? I respond with “You drove over the cones at the construction site, you were speeding and you don’t have a seat belt on.” Mr. Todisco became very upset and began to yell “I am fucking sick of you people blocking the streets there is no need too and I had my scat belt on. L again asked Mr.Todisco for his license and reg, Mr. Todisco was only able to produce his license at this time, I took his license and walked to the rear of his m/v along with Officer R. LeBert . I then began to write out « moving violation for speeding through a construction zone. I completed the citation and walked back the drivers window handing the citation to the driver Mr.odisco and stated”Sir you have been issued a citation for speeding through the construction zone the fine is double due to this, you have twenty day to pay the citation ‘twenty day to request a hearing your right’s are on the back of the citation, please put on your seat belt, Tam giving you a verbal waming on that and a verbal warning for not having a registration Mr.Todisco then stated “ I have my fucking registration right here “I then stated that’s ok here is your citation have a nice day.As I walked away Mr.Todisco continued to yell “I'll have this taken care of , I hope you fucking assholes loose your detail’s, you're a fucking piece of fucken shit .I continued to walk away and again stated have a nice day,at which time Mr.Tedisco pulled away and held his left arm out the window and gave me the finger. I then returned to my detail. Approximately 2-3 hour's later Mr. Todisco retumed this time driving a Foreign Auto parts truck and began to take pictures I had to advise Mr. Todisco to stay out of the way of the construction equipment, heavy front end loader and dump trucks he again used profanity “go fuek your self “put his m/v in drive and pulled away at a high rate of speed. Sir these are the facts that occurred on the date in question, at no time did I or any other Officer or persons at this location speak disrespectfully in any manne: to the party in question.
