INTRODUCTION

The Cosmic Puzzle attracts Scientists, Amateurs, Philosophers and all mankind in
search of divinity of the Human Being. How do we set our Vision? Where do we start?
From Planet Earth Covered by newly discovered Van-Allen Belts? Beyond our Solar
Plane? or Beyond our milky way galaxy - Presently known as Barred Spiral? Or even
Beyond Inter-Galactic Region.

Any Projections to Cosmos Modeling should help Knowledge Expansion to

Scientists and even Philosophers. In Fact a lot of data from Astronomy to Cosmos During
the Last Century has Further Added our Curiosity to the Cosmic Function of the
Universe. Is there any Orderliness? or is it Random Distribution leading to a Chaotic
State?

Many noble Scientists have advanced through these fields of science: Astronomy,
Astrophysics and Cosmogony to Cosmology, Plasma Physics, Electromagnetic Fields
and even Cosmic Storms to Magnetars. Science Has taken a Leap Forward through a
persistent approach through various imaging techniques making use of space shuttles,
explorer satellites like 'SOHO" and many interplanetary missions extending the frontiers
to Laser Limits (10^16 Light years). Can we Consolidate our data in steps to proceed
further or this search must be directed towards understanding the nobility of Human Life
on this planet that links us to our environment, our galaxy and to Cosmos?

Vedic knowledge of the cosmic universe equally inspires mankind from a

different perspective: “Purnam Adah Purnam Idam Purnat Purnam Udachyate Purnasya
Purnam Adarya (Adaya) Purnam Eva Avasishyate”

This Sanskrit sloka signifies a three-tier statement: 1. Cosmic universe is

 complete energy 2. Out of the northern part emerged a lower Southern Cosmos
and
3. The present observational universe is an envelope emerged out of this southern
cosmos.

Our Milky Way galaxy is a part of this material cover. The time-phase relation is
attributed through “cosmic junctions” under a cosmic process. The mysterious nature of
“cosmos and cosmic function” may become evident if our search is directed to
understand critical junctions i.e. galactic group junctions, cosmic flow field aligned
neutral processes that form the “core cosmic route”. This raises few questions:

Is It a Reflecting Cosmos? Is it a Field Dominant Cosmos? Is it a Flow Dominant

Glowing Universe? We need to search beyond our domains of present knowledge if a
new theory has to emerge based on the Total Energy concept. Towards this goal a new
cosmic model may hold the key which may be viewed as follows:

PHILOSOPHY OF COSMOS:
(1) The universe operates through orderliness. Our search is to understand the
cosmic function of the universe through a neutral approach for comprehension.

(2) The universe operates through a process known as YAJNA. One such process
is the double magnetic vortex tube (DMVT) process identified by the author
that accommodates both spherical and spiral formations along with a neutral
function. This process operates in three tiers to support a cosmic part of energy.
Is it not worth searching for such a cosmic process?

(3) The universe operates through divine cosmic flow principle. So the search is to
understand the resultant divinity beyond dark matter

(4) Cosmic fields regulate the universe. For example cosmic fields and
electromagnetic fields form a cover or sheath. One such known phenomena is
the three regions of Van-Allen Belts surrounding Earth where plasma as
ionized flow is trapped by magnetic fields.

(5) The cosmic flow and the cosmic fields operate together in alignment under
cosmic source; for example, Van-Allen Belts confirm the flow path origin for
Earth beyond Sun. In a similar way, we need to look beyond galaxy to identify
the origin as a junction. Cosmic flows and cosmic fields need to be analyzed
with a new vision. How to approach the next dimension of knowledge?

(6) The cosmic source directs the fields and flows. Very near to our Milky Way,
recent findings confirm direction towards neighboring Dwarf Galaxy
(Andromeda or M31).

(7) A cosmic part of the energy center drives spherical and spiral galaxies.
Consider, for example, a group as 12 or 24. Our search may be extended to
groups of galactic formations with a junction like NGC4261 or even
HICKSON group HCG 95 for neutral cosmic flows or drives.

(8) A cosmic universe is self-contained. Total energy concept has to evolve out of
COSMIC POT that controls the energy below. The material part of the cover is
segregated as only a lower function. The remnant is a flow universe, which
forms a link to a Dynamic universe leading upwards to the energy center as
cosmic pot. However, the entire universe needs to be analyzed in three tiers.
One such approach leads to (1) COSMIC UNIVERSE, (2) PLASMA
REGULATED ELECTROMAGNETIC (PREM) UNIVERSE and (3)
PLASMA UNIVERSE. Please note that plasma is an ionized flow that
accommodates intergalactic lightning that forms a media for energy transfer.

(9) A three tier cosmic universe helps us to identify the observational universe as a
part and parcel.

(10) The observations are limited to one-fourth part of the cosmic flows. We are at
our Milky Way galactic home directing our search towards electromagnetic
field dominant universe. The cosmic flows operate in 4n mode and fields
operate in 2x(5)m mode. The present data should help us to solve the
mysterious nature of cosmic function, i.e. interaction of source, fields, flows
and reflectors for comprehension.

(11) The cosmic divine principles and process and a human being need to operate
under aligned cosmic flow fields vertically, for example, COSMIC FLUX-
FLOW TUBES. The shine of COSMOS and the bio-energy aura needs
integration through observation of Van-Allen belts around earth as reflector. In
a similar way the entire Milky Way galaxy becomes a reflector receiving one-
fourth of the cosmic-flows.

(12) A human being in depth must develop a three-tier comprehension of cosmic

universe as microcosmic being with vision to micro-cosmic universe. This
requires a multi-dimensional cosmic vision.

(13) A human being on Earth in the solar system is part of the Galactic Home. One
needs to extend the self-conscious vision beyond a Galactic Junction i.e. 12
Galactic Junctions as a link to 12 Sun-Regions.

(14) The conscious reflection of cosmic field-flow function helps new vision to
search for the COSMIC-POT as Energy Source.

(15) Cosmic flows, cosmic fields, cosmic reflectors and the dependant sources
become self-evident to seven-dimensional vision i.e. a search for galactic
junction near 10,000 suns to 12 sun region to be reflector to entire COSMIC
UNIVERSE.

(16) A neutral observation helps advancement of science to understand the Divine

function of the cosmos through cosmic pots.

(17) Multiples of cosmic pots may form one critical junction for the observational
universe.

(18) For example, philosophy specifies 240 cosmic pots. Ten million cosmic pots
may form another important Tier, for e g. within the laser distance.

KNOWLEDGE EXPANSION THROUGH COSMOS:
The Van-Allen belts around our planet, i.e. the three regions of cosmic Flow-
Plasma aligned to three regions of magnetic field lines confirm the two-way links beyond
the sun region. Consider 12 suns to 1000 suns region forming a north-north-east field link

to southward {Southwest) Earth Planet. The Philosophy Specifies five fields and
four flows, i.e.twenty aligned flow fields. Naturally, horizontal fields need to be
separated from vertical aligned flow fields

This search might lead to Drive Function within our region. This concept may be
extended to the Milky-Way barred spiral with galactic-north as galactic center and a
southward junction near 1000 sun intensity region. Now superimpose five-field concept
to over the spiral for distribution of energies including SUPER-NOVAS. In other words,
the horizontal plane barred spiral needs to be segregated into five typical regions which
may help us to identify COSMIC-FLUX (FIELD)-FLOW TUBES somewhere in the
center between 12 suns to galactic center. Thus 12 suns become dependant sources under
cosmic operations of 12 galaxies.

The vision of knowledge expansion needs to be beyond spiral-spherical

formations operating through neutral Cosmic Junctions. If we consider the material
universe to cover three regions out of seven-dimensional cosmic vision, then, three
junctions need to be identified to cover three regions. However, we need to keep in mind
HELIX-TYPE cosmic formations. This search helps to understand the COSMIC CORE
DRIVE function of the observational universe.

 VAN-ALLEN BELTS AROUND EARTH PLANET (See FIG. 1).

The New discovery of three belts of electrically charged particles trapped by

Earth s Magnetic field lines confirm the Energy in three regions (1) Outer belt of
Electrons, (2) Middle belt of fast moving protons and (3) Inside belt of Energetic Ions of
Oxygen, Nitrogen, Neon etc. This newly discovered Innermost belt is most intense above
Atlantic Region as a strip above 8000 Km. According to NASA, the Earth's Magnetic
field allows these trapped particles to be closer to Earth -Planetary surface. This
innermost region is discovered to be from Inter-stellar Space. Are we not receiving
Energy beyond SUN and may be beyond GALAXY?

The fourth state of matter is PLASMA i.e. Ions, Electrons, neutral COSMIC
STORMS, SOLAR FLARES. Solar Prominences for CORONA ejections and

AURORAE through Solar Cycle. All these plasma flows operate between SUN to
EARTH inter-linking Magnetic Field Lines.

While the Gravity may be balanced below Sun region around 1.5 Million Km, the
question arises about the origin for these SUN-DRIVEN Plasma Flows.

Let us look beyond the SUN for a likely Junction, so that one can circumvent the

high heat of the Sun and search beyond. Let us project a region, which may be the

origin for Twelve Suns, say around one Light Year or 1 Parsec. Here we may find

1000 Sun-region. If this region is a junction, then, it should help us to receive

more COSMIC FLOWS in the MILKY WAY and a part of it may flow down to

Solar -Planetary region as drive. Before we go further, let us see some projections

through Cosmic Philosophy end.

SEVEN DIMENSIONAL VISION: (PROJECTIONS TO COSMOS)

COSMOS may be divided into two parts conveniently as one as mirror image of
the other, each in Seven Dimensions.

 Let us consider an upward radiating projection to Seven regions, here we call
Dimensional Knowledge Expansion, The Philosophy projects Seven Dimensions with
Expanding Fields and Flows to look for COSMOS.

This projection shown helps to shift the plane of projection either from Earth
Plane or even from Galactic Plane. A central line may form an Index for the Neutral
Cosmic Flows with fields divided on both sides.

Now the UNIVERSE NORTH may be radiating the Cosmic Fields and Flows like
North Pole and the South of COSMOS may be receiving these FLOW-FIELDS. One
example is the Electromagnetic Poles. This projection helps to decipher information if an
independent Source like COSMIC POT is to be located. It also helps even to locate a
dependant Source like SUN Spreading the Fields and Flows. E.g. GALACTIC
LIGHTNING or. Flash Lightning in Inter-.galactic regions to Solar regions.

The Cosmic storms out of Solar flares can be indexed clearly even from Galaxy.
The regions may be conveniently divided into LOG Light Years or LOG PC.

This helps in steps of 100 Light Years to be second dimension, say 1000 Light
Years to be 3rd dimension. For example, a Source may be located at 100 Million light
Years like NGC 4261. How does this Source radiate Cosmic Fields and Flows, then
mixed together in aligned Flow-fields mode? Many such questions arise in COSMOS
MODELLING. In case, we have a field -dominant Universe, at the Southern end of
Cosmos, this projection helps a lot for many scientists. Now if we need to look towards a
Northern COSMOS, then a COSMOS-COMPLEX has to be projected with a New Vision
The magnetic fields are now known to trap the Plasma as flow in various modes on the
Earth region as well as the Galactic region. However the Electromagnetic fields dominate
the COSMOS. These fields are stronger than the known gravitational fields. Scientists
confirm this ratio to be 1040.

For distribution of Energy, a Magnetic Vortex Process is considered in dual

functional mode, termed as DMVT process number of Spin forces and inter-connecting
fields and flows contribute several typical ejecting forces in the inter-planetary region as
well as in the inter-galactic regions to form clusters or groups.

When we consider North-South orientation, this DMVT Process assumes

significance. For example, Plasma Flows interact with Electromagnetic fields and these
Spin structures help to form various reflecting bodies observed in the COSMOS. For
example, supernovas may get formed in this process. A number of Galactic Groups or
clusters may get formed in various dimensions in Tiers beyond our Milky Way Galaxy. It
will be worth looking in a Three -Tier Complex covering unto one Universe under ONE
COSMIC POT and look for several such structures in the COSMOS.

This Three-Tier approach needs to be fitted in a SEVEN -DIMENSIONAL

DUAL MODE. The VISION for Cosmic formations may be from the bottom end or even
from the Top End. In case we look from the Top end, say, near COSMIC POT of Total
Energy, how do we look at the spiral formations observed from Galactic South End and
the spherical formations beyond GALAXY? Even then, Neutral forces like COSMIC-

PLASMA FLUX FLOW TUBES may help to drive these SUPERNOVA type structures
at the Central Core Region.

We need to extend our COSMIC VISION to the feasibility of COSMIC SOURCE

in a POT. We see Spiral formations in our Milky Way and a number of such structures
exist. In a similar way, Spherical formations are observed and latest observations in-
groups confirm even FOUR-COSMIC FLOWS out of these Structures (See HCG 95).

If one can simulate these groups, each with one Spherical Galaxy inter-linking a
Spiral formation and separate these groups, then how do we expect a SOURCE to drive
them for COSMIC FLOWS and COSMIC FIELDS? Here one Universe is considered to
operate less than one COSMIC POT. The SOURCE is considered as Point Source and as
SELF-STABILISED GENERATOR.

Any Source, for example SUN, observed as Magnetized Plasma drives the flows
to occupy the shape of body. We see a lot of shining bodies in the Universe. This Cosmic
Plasma as flow drives the Electromagnetic fields and we see the aligned FLOW-FIELDS

as well as distributed Fields and Flows separately. In other words, the COSMIC POT
assumes importance as a drive function to the entire Universe as part of the COSMOS
under its fold. The Energy needs to return for completeness. Due to the operation of the
Cosmic Pot, we may see COSMOS as REFLECTOR or we may see COSMOS as Field
Dominant region or we may see COSMIC FLOW dominant in various regions of
COSMOS, all operating under one SOURCE that forms a drive to many dependant
Sources (e.g. SUN).

Basically, these structures get formed in five layers and accommodate FOUR-
FLOWS. However, when this Cosmic Pot is incorporated over the Three-Tier DMVT
Processing, one may observe at the bottom only one-fourth of the total COSMIC FLOWS
in 4^n mode in the observational Universe. More intense Cosmic Flows may be dominant
in the ELECTROMAGNETIC -COSMOS.

This may be the reason for glowing Universe for billions of years. Lower part is
one Universe out of the Large Cosmos covering up to Laser Distance. Figure 6 shows the

spherical formation like Dwarf-type Galaxy. The SUDARSANA CHAKRA in

PHILOSOPHY operates in many modes through Ionization process center of five regions
each with four-mode flows supplied from the COSMIC POT.

At the periphery a number of NORTH-SOUTH and SOUTH-NORTH feasible

field structure is shown. Four Cosmic flows may have eight magnetic field lines. The
North region helps to eject out the Energy, like MAGNETARS, while the South region in
the outer periphery helps to retrieve the Energy. Scientists can simulate similar
experiments through COAXIAL PLASMA ARC PROCESS even in the Laboratory.
Scientists recently discovered the connecting Cosmic Flow links between Dwarf Galaxies
and Barred Spirals.

All these data confirm the Cosmic Pot Energy Approach by the author through
several reports. Near the COSMIC POT, at the least, twelve such structures must exist to
provide COSMIC FLOW FEED to Spiral formations. It means 12 barred Spirals become
receivers. This forms an essential link to Consciousness of Human Intellect. The
operating region is supposed to start around 12 to 1000 Suns region spearheading
upwards to the COSMIC POT.

 One has to try if M 57 in LYRA may also be interpreted in this method of
approach. It can help us to decipher Cosmic Order through our existing Knowledge.
Ordinary Spiral-shells are considered to be Northward oriented and the Southward
oriented seashells are preferred in many Temples and also by Divine persons to receive
Cosmic Flows.

The author started this work on Cosmos -Philosophy integration with an outlook
to identify Similarity of Structures. The DAKSHINA-AVRUTA SHANKAM has similar
orientation to our MILKY WAY GALAXY.

How do we envisage a COSMOS COMPLEX? A number of COAXIAL

SPHERES have to be projected beyond galactic plane so that drags due to gravity and
solar planetary region are removed, say near 12 to 1000 suns region. Then we need to

superimpose Dual Mode Seven Dimensional Vision in order to arrive at a COSMOS
COMPLEX STRUCTURE.

Now at the centre, we see the COSMIC POT near the fourth region. The
philosophy specifies three regions with flowing fields that dominate the observational
universe. The material part including our galaxy is at the lower end. The COSMIC POT
is to be located at the south end of COSMOS. How do we decipherer our knowledge
unless one segregates the known data into these regions.

Assuming the cosmic pot to be around 100 million light years, many such cosmic
pots have to be located between 100 to1000 million light years. Then how do we interlink
the COSMIC PROCESS? How do we inter link COSMIC FIELDS? How many spiral
galaxies need to be interred linked through cosmic flow to the dwarf or spherical
formations? How do we inter link 12 regions of solar plane to 12 suns and then to 12 or
24 galaxies? Many such puzzles are to be sorted out to find any feasible cosmic order.

SEARCH TOWARDS COSMIC ORDER

Our search started with a few assumptions to integrate COSMOS DATA with
nobility of human being as Micro-Cosmos in Bio-Energy sensitive conscious plane. The
cosmic philosophy and the present day scientific search have to find solutions for
advancement of knowledge expansion.

The COSMOS modeling has to be advanced to correspond with the present

universe data in specific dimensions. The COSMIC POT identified, as energy source
needs further integration down to galactic data along with SOURCE, FIELDS, FLOWS
and REFLECTORS.

The next part is to inter link 12 or 24 galaxies to 12 sun regions and to the solar planetary
region. Looking beyond the cosmic pot, which covers one universe, can we extend our
vision at least to Laser limits for COSMOS MODELLING? A search for multi-
dimensional vision is naturally required. For the present the scientific approach should
help more projections of existing data like SUPER NOVAS, MAGNETARS, COSMIC
JUNCTIONS and latest groups located as HCG 95. The next parts of the article would
cover COSMOS with a specific directional approach

Further questions arise-whether Human Being is in any way linked to galactic Plane or
Beyond ? what is considered as Nobility of Human Being ? Can Science advance to the
next Dimensional Comprehension of Cosmos beyond Dark Matter ? Is Consciousness
linked to the shine of COSMOS LIGHTS ? ..
