the following terms and conditions, if you do not

This License agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an

individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author of the
software for the Software Product identified above.
The software is licensed, not sold.
The software and its documentation is subject to international
copyright laws.
You may use the evaluation version(unregistered version)
exclusively for evaluation purposes.
You may distribute exact copies of the original evaluation version
in its unmodified form.
You are prohibited from charging more than the reasonable cost of
materials for copy and distributing the evaluation version.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
The registration key to activate the registered version is not public.
Any public display or transfer of this key is strictly prohibited.
The violation of this condition in any case will constitute the
rupture of the license. In such event the author reserves the legal
right to protect the software product.
The author may terminate this license if you not comply with the
terms and conditions of this license. In such event, you must destroy
all the copies of the software product including the registration key.
Individual License: A registered copy may be installed and used
(exclusively) by the registered user(natural person) on any of their
computers.
Fixed number-computers License: A registered copy may be installed
(exclusively) on up to the number of computers stated by the License
at the same physical site location and belonging to the registered
School/Institution/Company.
Site License: A registered copy may be installed (exclusively) on
any number of computers at the same physical site location belonging
to the registered School/Institution/Company.
THIS SOFTWARE IS SUPPLED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR
PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU, IN NO EVENT THE AUTHOR
SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE
EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.
Installing and using the software signifies acceptance of these terms
and conditions of the license.
