6. How many total customers are there?
Huge potential as this field is not utilized yet. Only one competitor is present and
that too is very limited in products offering.
7. How many will buy from you?
Cant be estimated .But keeping success of Food panda in mind we can guarantee
for good no of customers.
8. How do you intend getting customers to pay for it?
We will buy for the customers from various locations and deliver these products in
very short span of time. Our customers can utilize their precious time for some
other important works. We will charge a nominal amount of charges for our services
so that buying online remains profitable.
9. How quickly can it grow in the next 6 months or 2/3 Years?
If we are on the right path and are very prompt to grasp the vacant opportunity in
this grey area we can climb heights very fast.
10. How you are going to deliver this?
We will have a website providing both facilities online cataloguing and buying both.
We will hire a team of around 7-8 people. Out of these we will use 6-7 peoples for
making online cataloging base in the initial stage as customers will be less and
cataloging base is yet to be made. After some time we will shift workforce from
cataloging team to delivery team. We will need 2 data entry operators for feeding
data in catalogue base. According to sales we can modify our workforce.
