1. What is your product or service?

Ans. We will be providing services of online cataloguing for retailers, giving them a
platform to showcase their product on internet. We will be also providing a medium
between customers and retailers of buying and delivering .Those shopkeepers
having a tie up with us will be provided free of cost cataloguing facility.
2. Who is our target customer whose need you will be satisfied like age group,
gender, education, income, international/national.
Our customers will be mainly local who are not willing or are having difficulty in
going for shopping. They can use our website for viewing online catalogues and can
also place orders for getting them delivered.
3. What value you are going to deliver to customers?
We will make the offline buying process hassle-free. We will cut short the time
wasted in hopping from window to window.
4. Which problem/problems of customer you are going to solve?
We are going to solve following problems:

Time wastage in window shopping.

Making typical offline products online
Providing information about products available in different stores
Inability to buy products from distant stores

5 Are you going to offer different products for different groups of customers?
No.
6. How many total customers are there?
Huge potential as this field is not utilized yet. Only one competitor is present and
that too is very limited in products offering.
7. How many will buy from you?
Cant be estimated .But keeping success of Food panda in mind we can guarantee
for good no of customers.
8. How do you intend getting customers to pay for it?
We will buy for the customers from various locations and deliver these products in
very short span of time. Our customers can utilize their precious time for some
other important works. We will charge a nominal amount of charges for our services
so that buying online remains profitable.
9. How quickly can it grow in the next 6 months or 2/3 Years?

If we are on the right path and are very prompt to grasp the vacant opportunity in
this grey area we can climb heights very fast.
10. How you are going to deliver this?
We will have a website providing both facilities online cataloguing and buying both.
We will hire a team of around 7-8 people. Out of these we will use 6-7 peoples for
making online cataloging base in the initial stage as customers will be less and
cataloging base is yet to be made. After some time we will shift workforce from
cataloging team to delivery team. We will need 2 data entry operators for feeding
data in catalogue base. According to sales we can modify our workforce.
