Description: The trends of a rapidly changing world provides for the need to learn not
only the result of interactions at the international level of states, but of the actors and issues
raises, such as population, environment and corruption, as a plus o minus for the
development of nations and well-being of its associates. Great powers and international
financial institutions are decisive actors in decision-making at the state and individual level,
thus transferring their rivalries to countries worldwide. To understand fully the nature of
international relations it is necessary to understand the terminology and the correlation of
endogenous and exogenous factors. Therefore, this course will introduce concepts,
documented background information and first resources of information to build a critical
thinking approach to international relations among states and globally.
