The FIITJEE Journey
FIITJEE was created in 1992 by the vision and toil of Mr. D. K. Goel, a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from
IIT Delhi. We had a very humble beginning as a forum for IIT-JEE, with a vision to provide an ideal launch pad
for serious JEE aspirants. Along the way to realization of this vision, we went beyond merely coaching for
IIT-JEE. We actually started to make a difference in the way Students think and approach problems. We
started to develop ways to enhance Students IQ. We started to leave an indelible mark on the Students
who have undergone FIITJEE training. We started changing lives. And all this was not a sheer coincidence.
It was the urge, the compelling desire, to always aspire for perfection and in the process, continuously keep
on setting newer benchmarks of excellence, which enabled us and our Students to achieve what we have
achieved. Today, aiming for the unachievable and continuously raising the bar has become a part of the
FIITJEE DNA.
The Success of our Students was inspiring and so was their faith in FIITJEE. It was this faith that was a
catalyst for our venturing into areas beyond IIT-JEE. It was this faith that prompted us to embark on a mission
to provide Wholesome School Education to Students through FIITJEE Integrated School Programs like
UDAYA Plus, Supreme & Pinnacle, in a way so that there was no need for any type of coaching outside
of the School System. In addition to the launch of FIITJEE Junior Colleges in Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad,
Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam many like-minded Schools across the Country joined hands with us in this
Student centric endeavor to create Ideal School Education platform for Students to get admission in IITs &
US Universities without stress & tension along with huge success in Olympiads, SAT-I & SAT-II. And it was
this faith only that again enabled us to create landmark success in NTSE.
And it is this very faith that has again inspired us to provide a platform for Students aspiring for admission
to US Universities in form of USA UnivQuest - a comprehensive program taking care of all aspects of the
preparation in the same old, trusted FIITJEE way. Launch of FIITJEE World Schools at Hyderabad was a
concentrated effort in that direction, where Students are being trained for the best in the world through

Free Online Doubt Removal Support to help them in their preparation without even joining FIITJEE.

To further support these 500 meritorious students, FIITJEE has decided to give Cash Scholarships*
for outstanding performers + Tuition Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Program# + Hostel Fee Waivers on the
basis of their performance and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject in the
test. Based on the aggregate marks in the exam and marks in individual subjects, a common merit list
will be prepared. Those students who do not clear the individual subject cut-off marks as well as the
grand total cut-off marks in written test will not qualify for the merit list.

OFFLINE REGISTRATION : By Submitting Paper Application through Cash / DD / Pay Order at a
FIITJEE Centre : Paper Application : You can obtain a Paper Application Form from the nearest FIITJEE Centre. Fill
this Application Form carefully and submit it in person / send by post or courier to any nearest FIITJEE Centre. Your
Hall Ticket will be issued by the FIITJEE centre either in person or will be sent to your e-mail ID as opted by you in the
Application Form. You can also download your Hall Ticket from our website www.fiitjee.com/downloadhallticket.htm.
Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person.
OnLINE REGISTRATION : Online payment using a Credit / Debit Card (Master / Visa) :
1. Online Registration : Log on to our Online Registration Portal www.fiitjeeonline.in and create an account for yourself
using your e-mail ID as user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class
& School you are Studying at / Passed out, contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. You are
now ready for an Online Registration.
Your Hall Ticket will be generated immediately after successful payment. Please take two printouts of your Hall Ticket
and paste your recent passport size colour photograph on both the copies. Submit one copy of your Hall Ticket to the
Examination Controller during the Exam and get the second copy validated & keep it for your records.
2. By Submitting e-Application through Cash / DD / Pay Order at a FIITJEE Centre : For Registration through e-Application
mode Log on to our Online Registration Portal www.fiitjeeonline.in and create an account for yourself using your e-mail
ID as user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class & School you are
Studying at / Passed out, contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. Now, you have to take a
printout of your Online Application (e-Application) and submit it in person / send by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE

FTRE Terms & Conditions

Note 1 : Cash scholarships, fee waivers for FIITJEE program & Hostel Fee Waiver will be decided on the basis
of performance in written tests. All candidates will have to perform well in IQ, Physics, Chemistry &
Mathematics and clear grand total cut-off as well as individual subject cut-offs Marks to be eligible. In
case less than 500 Students score above the minimum eligibility marks, then the number of Students
eligible for cash prizes will be altered respectively.
Note 2
: The final discretion of award of cash scholarships, fee waivers for FIITJEE program & Hostel Fee Waiver
in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.
Note 3 : To get the Cash Scholarship & Hostel Fee Waiver one has to enroll in One Year Extended Classroom
Program for JEE Advanced, 2016 (for batch commencing from 23rd June, 2015).
Note 4 : Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from July, 2015 to
April, 2016.
Note 5 : Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in phase tests during the course will be a
criterion for eligibility for continuity of disbursement of quarterly cash scholarship. The final discretion
in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.
Note 6 : Cash scholarships will be paid to students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the
student only.
Note 7 : Hostel Fee Waiver are valid only for FIITJEEs associate hostels / lodging and boarding facilities made available
through FIITJEE, subject to the student joining that particular hostel and availability of seats. The waivers
will be given monthly between June, 2015 to April, 2016 and only for the duration of classroom / contact
program. The Hostel Fee Waiver will be paid directly to the hostel owner by FIITJEE.
Note 8 : Hostel fee waiver is for accommodation only. Food, transportation & other self expenses are to be borne by
the students.
Note 9 : FIITJEE Classroom Program students already enrolled in One Year Extended Classroom Program for
JEE Advanced, 2016 can appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam (FTRE) to find about their current level
of preparation and their projected Rank in JEE Advanced, 2016. However, they will be entitled for cash
scholarships only, and they will continue with their existing classroom program. The cash scholarship
cannot be adjusted or refunded.
Note 10 (a) : The registered office of FIITJEE Limited is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature with
regard to the FTRE, subsequent enrollment and studies shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed
by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with
the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules
made thereunder. The award of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall
not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for
reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the parties
- student / parents / guardian & FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in
a court of law relating to FTRE, subsequent enrollment & studies at FIITJEE except for enforcement of
the arbitral award. All parties waive any right to appeal. This is needed for speedy redressal of issues &
all parties agree to this.

whichever is higher but already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same. The benefit of
higher scholarship (excluding cash scholarship awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.) will be given only
from the date of such award on the balance proportionate fee i.e. {gross fee at the time of enrolment - (initial

refunded after the realisation of payment of the last installment of Program Fee.

Note 3 : The photocopy of the original certificate / marksheet of KVPY / Olympiads and XII Board should be attested
by the Principal of the School last attended / presently studying.

Fee Concession for siblings of Present / Ex-fiitjeeians

enrolled in any FIITJEE Classroom Program. Candidates will be eligible under this criteria after submission of affidavit
(format can be collected from your nearest FIITJEE Centre or downloaded from www.fiitjee.com) with proof of
study of present FIITJEEian or earlier child (ex-Students of FIITJEE) & photocopy of Birth certificates of both children
(original copy of birth certificates of both children to be presented for verification at the time of enrollment).
Terms & Conditions

1.
For Physically Disabled: The benefit will be given to those candidates having at least 40% permanent physical
disability in relation to a body part / system / extremity / extremities / whole body etc. for any category of
disability (viz., Locomotor, visual, speech, and/or hearing). The Student has to submit an attested photocopy of
the certificate issued by the Govt. General Hospital. FIITJEE managements decision in this regard will be final
and binding.
2. The Scholarships on the basis of XII board performance / fee waivers / fee concession are valid only after
qualifying FIITJEEs Admission Test of the respective program.
3. The final discretion of award of scholarships / fee waivers / fee concession in each case will remain with FIITJEE
and the decision will be final and binding on the candidate.
4. The mentioned scholarships / fee waivers / fee concession are applicable for those Students who enroll
themselves in FIITJEE Classroom Programs for JEE Advanced, 2016 till 10th August, 2015.
5. Any Student can avail only one of the Other Category Fee Waivers during his / her entire academic session
at FIITJEE.
6. An eligible Student can get the combined benefit of any one of the Other Category Fee Waivers (as mentioned
above) along with the Fee Concession for siblings of Present / Ex-FIITJEEians and Scholarship if awarded i.e.
all the benefits can be compounded as stated in the following example.
For example, if a physically disabled sister / brother of present FIITJEE Student who is already enrolled in any
Classroom Program qualifies in our Admission Test with a scholarship of 50% on Tuition Fee and if the Tuition Fee
of the Classroom program offered to the Student is Rs. 10,000/- , the final Tuition fee payable by the Student will
be calculated as follows
A.
Rs. 10,000 less 50% scholarship = Rs. 5,000/-
B.
Rs. 5,000 less 25% (Physical Disability Waiver) = Rs. 3,750/-
C.
Rs. 3,750 less 10% (Sibling concession)= Rs. 3,375/-
So, the actual Tuition Fee payable by the said Student will be Rs. 3,375/- plus applicable Service Tax.

FIITJEE has furnished hostel / lodging & boarding facilities at the

following FIITJEE centres viz. Delhi (South Delhi, North-West Delhi,
Dwarka & East Delhi Centres), Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bhopal,
Bhubaneswar, Bokaro, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore,
Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Pune, Ranchi, Vijayawada
& Visakhapatnam which is available for male Students only, on the
basis of merit. The hostel expenditure to be paid by the Student
is Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 8,000/- per month approximately on double
occupancy basis and varies from one hostel to another and city to
city. Expenses are subject to revision as and when required without
prior notice. FIITJEE also has hostel / lodging & boarding facilities for
female Students at select FIITJEE centres. Appropriate assistance
may be provided in locating paying guest accommodation for
female Students at other locations.
Students desirous of availing hostel facilities are required to deposit
a sum of Rs. 7,500/- as refundable* security deposit along with two
months expenses in advance at the time of joining. Those desiring
to spread the initial burden can opt for the option of depositing the
two months advance expenses for the last two months up to 60
days after joining depending upon the program they are joining. Two
months advance will be adjusted in the last two months (March &
April or April & May) of the course completion year.
*Subject to terms & conditions and will be refunded by 15th July of
the course completion year.
