INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

1. The Board shall not be responsible for any eventual mistake in the result if the form is not correctly filled in.
2. Admission Forms of regular candidates shall not be entertained without Registration and for private
candidates without Registration Fee at HSSC level.
3. Copy of SSC/HSSC Result Card & Registration Card must be attached with the Admissioin Form.
4. The Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination shall be open to a private candidate who is resident of
territorial jurisdiction of FBISE and they got admission form attested by any Govt Officer of BPS-17 & above
in Education Deparment / Armed Forces, whereas admission form of regular candidates must be attested
by the heads of their respective institutions only.
5. Photograph at page-2 and the admission form both should be attested by one and the same attesting
authority.
6. College Leaving Certificate (in original) must be attached, to the effect that the candidate has not been
on the roll of an affiliated Institution as a regular candidate after 30th November during the current
academic year.
7. A private candidate shall not be permitted to appear in the subjects involving practicals, against which
the star* sign appears in the subject list.
8. Private candidates will submit/send their forms individually with their home addresses. Their forms will
not be accepted through any school/college/academy/coaching centre.
9. Original result card and original verified copy of HSSC Part-I of those candidate who appeared from other
board must be submitted along with admission form.
10. A candidate found guilty of having concealed any fact in Admission Form or of having made any false
statement shall be debarred from appearing at the Board Examination for such period as decided by the
Board.
11. Permission letter for change of subject(s), combination of subject(s), cancellation of HSSC-I result
etc. must be enclosed with the Admission Form, if applicable.
12. After passing HSSC-II examination, candidate may appear for improvement of marks/grade in current
course within a period of one year as an ex-candidate in (a) upto two papers/Subjects (b) all papers of Part-I
only (c) all papers of Part-II only (d) all papers of Part-I & II. There is only one chance for improvement of
Marks/Grade.
13. Facility of re-appearing in upto two papers of part-I along with part-II papers, is provided for which paper of
part-I will have to be indicated in the respective columns under para 16 over leaf. He/She shall pay fee of both
the parts.
14. A Candidate after passing one year of examination may appear in an additional subject i.e math only within 2
years of passing HSSC examination in current course. He/She will be issued result card separately.

WARNING
The Board shall have the right to reject the Admission Form of a candidate if (a) the form is not
correctly filled in or any required information i s lacking; (b) the form and requisite fee is not
submitted to Board within stipulated time; (c) the candidate does not settle objections raised in
accordance with the rules within specified period;(d) the candidate does not fulfil the conditions of
eligibility for the Examination; and (e) the same has not been submitted within due date even
though the fee has been deposited in time.
Note:
Intitutions/Candidates who send their Admission Forms by Post must despatch
three (3) days before the last date fixed for each slab of notified schedule.
