The following fees pertain to policy enforcement/peace officers, principals, officers, agents,
representatives, judges or justice system participants, correctional institutions, or any other
government hire(s), who cannot justify their actions due to the absence of a written bonafide
contract signed by me that supports their actions and/or due to the absence of an appropriate
affidavit that would support/justify their actions (must have lawful cause/excuse) and/or due to the
absence of proof of claim. The affiant must create said affidavit under his/her full commercial
liability and under penalty of perjury where the facts stated therein are true, correct, complete and
not misleading.

1. An administrative FEE of FIVE TROY OUNCES OF GOLD (minimum .999), or the

equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, to process any fees I charge;

2. A MAXIMUM FEE of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND TROY OUNCES GOLD (minimum .

999) PER DAY, or the equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, for every day I am
denied access to my children without lawful cause (affidavits submitted under full liability
of the affiant are required to support the cause);

3. A MAXIMUM FEE of TEN TROY OUNCES OF GOLD (minimum .999) PER HOUR, or
the equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, if I am in any way questioned or
interrogated;

4. A MAXIMUM FEE of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND TROY OUNCES GOLD (minimum .

999) PER HOUR, or the equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, if I am detained,
or harassed, or handcuffed, or transported, or incarcerated or subjected to any
adjudication process or any psychiatric or medical procedure, or if I am in any way
regulated, without my express written, signed, sealed and delivered voluntary consent;

5. A MAXIMUM FEE of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND TROY OUNCES GOLD (minimum .

999), or the equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, should I process / fill any
order given to me directly or through the birth certificate person (assumes absence of
contract for performance);

6. A MAXIMUM FEE of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND TROY OUNCES GOLD (minimum .

999), or the equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, for any physical harm to my
body;

7. A FEE of THE EQUIVALENT VALUE FOR PROPERTY IN GOLD (minimum .999), or the
equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, per day, should any property be removed
from my peaceful possession, where such property is removed without my express
written, signed, sealed and delivered voluntary consent;

8. A MAXIMUM FEE of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND TROY OUNCES GOLD (minimum .

999), or the equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, per presumption or
assumption for any presumption or assumption that leads to any injury or loss to me;

9. A MAXIMUM FEE of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND TROY OUNCES GOLD (minimum .

999), or the equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, should any of my natural
rights be violated;
10. A MAXIMUM FEE of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND TROY OUNCES GOLD (minimum .
999), or the equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, for pestering to contract
where I have clearly stated I do not want to contract; and,

1. A MAXIMUM FEE of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND TROY OUNCES GOLD (minimum .

999), or the equivalent value in a fiat currency of my choice, should the 'name' on the
birth certificate, or any derivative or variation / likeness of it, be used for any reason
without my signed, sealed and delivered consent.
