Emmanuel Dubourg, a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant, served as a Member of the National
Assembly of Quebec, and was elected to Parliament in 2013.Prior to entering politics, he worked in the
federal public service for nearly 20 years, taught at the college and university levels, was a tax auditing
consultant in West Africa, and co-founded CPA Without Borders.

organization of which she is currently President.

Brenda Shanahan is an investment advisor, and a speaker and newspaper columnist on issues relating to
financial literacy. She holds an MBA from Concordia Universitys John Molson School of Business and currently serves as Vice-President Quebec on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Federation of University
