The Talent entity cuts across all the business functions, providing quality HR support and enabling smooth functioning of the
businesses. The three service areas - CoE Acquisition & Mobility, CoE Development, Core Talent Services, Business
Advisor under Talent are designed to deliver f ocused HR solutions to its supporting business functions. Each entity
functions as a specialized unit.

Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM (HR specialization only), 50% throughout the academic career

General expectations:

Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (w ritten, verbal, & presentation).

Ability to build netw orks w ithin the organization.

Be able to w ork independently and as part of a team w ith professionals at all levels.

Be able to prioritize tasks, w ork on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions w here appropriate.

Suggest practical solutions and partner w ith clients to implement the solutions.

High energy w ith ability to deal w ith ambiguity

Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and Pow erPoint; basic know ledge of MS Excel is an advantage

Key job responsibilities:

Gather information through research and conduct analysis on a given project

Derive insights and develop client recommendations

Collaborate w ith subject matter experts to design solutions

Netw ork w ith business leaders and gain insights into current HR and business practices

Work along w ith the var ious talent sub functions and w ork closely w ith the practitioners on projects ranging across
Talent Acquisition/Development/Delivery.

Deliver a project report and presentation at the closure of the project
