Clarification of Inter-Galactic Sovereignty

Proclamation

We, the Indigenous Beings of the planet Earth (Ta, Ki, Eridu) who are the heirs, posterity, and
members of the Inter- Galactical True Culture Society and Government (Noocarcy), do hereby,
here-now clarify our intention to break the gravitational, political, contractual and as well
esoterically all surety-ships that keep us planetary / terrestrially bound so that we can revolve
forth to establish a new unified destiny of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness (Nous /
Noology). And a well learned culture of highly developed individuals with a aim and
compulsion to reach beyond our individual planetary limitations, we vow our energies and
resources to developing a way of life, sharing freedom and equality of opportunity with all
(Noocarcy). We applaud our differences and recognize that these qualities have given our source
mindedness strength and direction unknown to our Inter-Galactic / Galactical ancestors. It is our
diversity, our humanism that demands this growth process in to the next cycle be taken to the
next revolutionary phase of our species development. We cannot and will not be constrained,
suppressed, and oppressed any longer. Initially, we have establish one central solution office for
solving one's problems of land owner-ship and the administration process until such time as
currently non-rightful property claim-owners inhabit these celestial lands. Recognizing the
rights of all inhabitants is paramount to this process. There shall be no room for special interests
and treatment. All inhabitants of both Earth (Ta, Ki, Eridu) and the celestial lands will benefit
from the construction of the legal and lawful process as recognized by the Inter-Galactic
Societies and Governments (Noocarcy). We reserve the liberty and right to shield ourselves with
the authority, regulatory, record instruments required to make a True Culture Society inherently
free. We embrace the challenges of this mission and invoke that all Earthly (Terrestrial)
societies and governments will appreciate, respect, honor our rights to proceed. We must also
recognize that without the planet of our present incarnation, Earth (Ta,Ki, Eridu), we would be
forever dismissed from this experience. We are a inevitable force in the Solar Systems
redemption and reformation process and will keep each entity, being, and their vessels
sovereignty as they are currently presented and at the same time establish our celestial identity
as well. It is our fervent aim to accomplish our task without violence, intervention, or adversity
from other governments, corporate bodies, and secret societies. Quite the contrary; we demand
respect for the statements of facts lined out in this proclamation and seek acceptance and honor
from all Earthly (Ta, Ki, Eridu) / Terrestrial societies and governments so we can accomplish
this transition for all True Culture Societies and the present and future land owners of the
celestial lands in our solar system and beyond, but we will not be bound by recalcitrance or
Earthly / Terrestrial bureaucracy. We :Noon -Society are a Noocarcy meaning a government
