Performance Highlights:
Revenues for the quarter stood at ` 165.7 mn, recording a 7.6% growth YoY. EBIDTA for the
quarter was at ` 42.3 mn, and EBITDA margins stood at 25.6%, an expansion of 620 bps YoY.
Net Profit After Tax was at ` 14.6 mn, growth of 113.9% over Q1 FY15. PAT margin was at
8.8%, an expansion of 440 bps YoY. Cash PAT margin came in at 14.2% an improvement of
170 bps YoY.
Commenting on the results, Mr. D. Gnanasekaran (CEO) said We are happy to report strong
quarterly performance, which sees a growth of 7.6 % in our top line, and 41.9 % in EBITDA.
Our rigorous focus on delivering on key customers matrix has enabled us to build on new
customers in domestic and international markets, bringing new geographies under our
umbrella.

Brownfield Expansion for Capsules:

The quarter saw further progress on the expansion phase. The additional capacity of 2.3
billion capsules p.a. will be installed in Q2 of this year, taking the total capacity to 10 billion
capsules p.a at the same location - Alwar, Rajasthan.
We are on course towards completion of our expansion phase within Q2FY16, which should
enable us to cater to the increasing demand requirement. It may be worth noting that we are
completing this expansion within the existing infrastructure of land and other utilities
thereby, achieving economies of scale. With the expansion coming downstream soon, we
expect the benefits of the increased capacity to kick in from the 3rd quarter.

opportunities in the domestic and overseas markets and are well geared to take the company
