CHECKINGS BEFORE COMMISSIONING
Control de la suspensin y de la natura del macizo / Check suspension blocks and floor fundation
Reglaje de los bornes si ncesario y control alineado
Adjustings suspension blocks as necessary and checking alignment
Control del escape (seccin, compensador, codo, longitud,fijacin, calorifugacin, salida)
Exhaust (diameter, expansion bellows, bends length, holding devices, isolation, outlet)
Combustible - depsito principal (en carga) altura de aspiracin, calibre puesta al aire, dimetro de la
tubera y montaje correcto entre el bidn y el depsito y entre motor y bidn.
Fuel oil - Main tank (positive head - ngative head - within tolerance), gauges, air venting pipework
diameter and correct installation between engine and feeder tank.
Control de la ventilacin por aspiracin, recalcado (reciclado del aire), salida respiradero
Checking inlet an exhaust ventilation (air recycling), engine breather outlet
Control de los niveles de aceite, agua, anticongelante
Checking oil, water, anti-freezing levels
Control de las bateras - Nivel, conexin, engrase de los guardacabos y apretado.
Checking batteries - Electrolyte level, connections, battery clips lubrication and tigntening.

Control del telemando entre el armario y el grupo

Control del sentido de la rotacin de la bomba fuel-oil en el bidn y de la bomba de pre-engrase (conexin
correcta).
Checking fuel oil feeder tank and lube oil priming pump rotation (clockwise and anti-clockwise) correct

Relleno del bidn de gas-oil - Control del depsito y de los contactos de parada y puesta en marcha.
Fuel feeder filling - Checking level alarms, fuel pump stop/start, gauge
Pre engrase fuel-oil
Engine pre-lubrication
Control del precalentamiento. El mando de gas est en ralent, arranque del motor en posicin manual.
Pre heating control. The starting on tick over, engine in manual position
Controla que la presin de aceite se establece
