High moral and ethics guidelines (taken from Buddhist teachings/theories).

They can
help you to become a better person with high morals and ethics. According Buddhism
you will be benefited in terms of money, health and wisdom if you stick with the
guidelines. You will be able to gain protections and helps from God/Buddha when
needed. (From experience, since I started this this guidelines, I have gained I lot of
benefits and help in terms of feelings and emotions and health, I feel good about
myself.)
So here are the rules.
1. i i - Do not kill or harm any animals or human beings. Harming them can
decrease your mortality rate (According to Buddhism). The best way of doing this is
to become a vegetarian, so that animals will not be killed to cope with our demand
for meat. Everyone should be treated the same, even for littlest animals like flies
or insects.
2. Never steal. This mean we cant take from others without asking them,
regardless how valuable the item is. (E.g. a pack of crisps or a sip of drink, we all
have to ask the owner before we take them). Another issue is that Karma will have
an effect on you, at some point in the future, someone will steal from you. (Its
inevitable). So if you dont want people to steal from you, you should stop stealing
from others. (The Balance effect from Buddhism)
3. Sexual desires, lust for women/men need to be eradicated. This means no
masturbation, casual sex before marriage, definitely no raping, even thoughts of
women/men are wrong.( you may think this is ridiculous, and may not be able to
stop this completely, but reduce the amount of sexual desire can be your first step.
Good luck!)
I used to masturbate once or twice a day for a very long period of time. I have to
say, its really really hard to completely stop. During the period I had erectile
dysfunction, premature ejaculation, couldnt concentrate in class, I think i also had
depression for a while. I was always angry for no reason and many more problems.
(My point is that we shouldnt sacrifice all that for 20 minutes of Fun Time.
Things didnt go well for me either as I couldnt find a job no matter how hard I
looked for them, my money was running out, I constantly had health issues, my
exams didnt go well for me. Also my visa application got rejected for studying
abroad.Etc. Problems wont stop coming in. Until one day, I found this awesome
book DiziGui from my old house. you can find it on my Smashwords page. I did
hear that this book have some mysterious power to change your life in every
aspect.(From online) So I looked through the book with suspicion. I found that the
book was only about moral and ethical guidelines on everyday life. What is so
special about that? I was thinking. How do I gain money my being a better
person? At the end, I had nothing to lose so I started to apply some of the

teachings to my life. ( I started to help my granny wash the dishes, clean the floor,
wash my own clothes, attempted to quit masturbation. Etc.) After a month of
changing myself, I noticed a dramatic change in my health, and my mood. My new
visa application went through which was unexpected. I also gained financial help
from my family. I had more confidence with the book now. So I seriously
recommend you guys to read the book DiziGui on my smashwords page.(contact me
if you cant find it, yinny2@hotmail.com).
4. Dont stir conversations of others. (Keep your wooden spoons in your
pocket!) As this can cause the 2 person to be even angrier due to your fault.
5. No dirty languages, this include all the insults that hurt peoples feelings
and all the swear words that damage your reputation. So we shouldnt say them.
Revealing peoples faults or secretes are also prohibited and wrong. Or expressing
anger and hatred through words is also included in the Not the do list
6.

i - we shouldnt use deception languages , we should always treat people

with honesty and trust. This includes- no lying to people, or boasting/over
exaggerates about your skills and knowledge.

7.
Dont use flowery languages which over exaggerate things. Dont talk
random/or useless trash. (E.g. talking about how awesome you are at sex.)a
random example that came to my mind. A complete trash topic.
8. ii - Greed is a problem we have to control, we shouldnt want more in terms
of money, food or goods etc. We should give more to others and receive less.
9. - Anger is another issue. We shouldnt show our anger towards others
regardless what others have done to us. This is to train our hearts to forgive and
expanding our limits. Less anger and hatred will also make our life easier. (So
learn to forgive others no matter what, starting from tomorrow.)
10. -i We shouldnt believing or be stubborn with the wrong views or our own point
of views. We should always research about peoples new ideas or views. (E.g.
Confucius) and decide which one are right or wrong. (We shouldnt have
stereotypical views against religions or vegetarians etc. we should always find out
what their views about and why they behave in a certain way, before we comment
or going against them.
I guess its about sticking with the right/correct theories/views
