equilibrio familiar.
PREVENCIN
La clave para reducir la incidencia de
traumatismos y salvar las vidas de
miembros productivos de la sociedad y
nios es la prevencin de estas
lesiones.
Existen tres componentes en
prevencin de este tipo de lesiones.
Educacin.
La legislacin de seguridad a
nivel local, regional y estatal.
La proteccin automtica.

ETIOLOGA
Las principales causas de estos sucesos
en nuestro medio lo constituyen: los
accidentes de transporte,
laborales,
deportivos y domsticos; agresiones y
malos tratos. As como intentos
autodestructivos
(suicidios),
infecciones agudas o complicaciones
graves, etc.
SNTOMAS
Las emergencias tienen el potencial de
afectar cada sistema corporal, con
lesiones en diversos rganos y tejidos;
afectando
el
estado
general
comprometiendo las funciones vitales.
Incluyendo manifestaciones clnicas de
las de las fractura y heridas, tambin
alteraciones neurolgicas, respiratorias
y cardiocirculatorias que pueden poner

QUEMADURAS
Primer grado:
Colocar
compresas
agua fra.
Si no respira, inicie

inmediato

boca.
Llamar
a
su
servicio
de
Emergencias Mdicas o llevar a
un centro asistencial.
Si no se detiene,
habr que hacer
compresin
a
distancia en los
siguientes puntos:
o
CUELLO: cartida.
HOMBRO: retroclavicular.
MUSLO:
femoral(ingle).

Mantener al herido
horizontalmente.

Si no siente pulso durante 5 segundos
inicie las compresiones del trax.
Si la hemorragia
cesa,
procederemos a
colocar
un
vendaje
compresivo.
