sure you have Paypal or Payoneer to get payments.
Its not necessary to resell Fiverr Gigs, you can resell any service or
product, you just need to make sure your Hourlie looks good.

You can see there are a some fields that you need to fill, Just follow
steps.
1. Hourlie Title
2. Time Duration (Mostly put 4 days)
3. Category
4. Dont forget to put proper tags, always go with long tags,
because if someone wants to buy Facebook likes then his/her
search will be: Facebook Likes. And not Likes
5. Upload attractive and eye catching images.
