OCEG GRC Fundamentals (2 OR 3 DAY WORKSHOP)

By having a transparent view of governance, risk and compliance processes an organisation has real competitive
advantage and this starts by understanding the best practices involved to achieve optimum business
performance. This 2 or 3 day workshop is aimed at managers and staff responsible for creating and running
GRC processes.
The workshop will expand on a basic awareness of risk, controls and security matters, and teach you to develop a strategic GRC
plan, align risk and compliance, implement GRC processes and understand the role of technology in GRC. It will also discuss the role
of organisational culture, and the way to inspire conduct through the concept of Principled Performance.
The third, optional day, gives participants a day of exam preparation and training exercises, prior to a 2 hour multiple choice exam,
at the end of which participants will have a chance to qualify for the GRC Professional Education Certificate (GRCP), offered by
OCEGs affiliate organisation, GRC Certify.

OCEG Business Context for SAP GRC (1 DAY ADDITIONAL MODULE)

This 1 day addition to the OCEG GRC Fundamentals course extends the principles of GRC at a business level and
then positions SAP GRC to show how this can support the OCEG capability model.
This additional module focuses on taking the business and best practice GRC perspectives from the Fundamentals course,
and examining how to achieve these effectively through leveraging SAPs GRC portfolio. You will see how to shape your SAP GRC
programme to achieve an integrated approach that engages users and delivers real GRC business improvement effectively.
You will be introduced to the OCEG functional areas that are mapped to the SAP GRC solutions by working on practical examples
of SAP GRC Access Controls, SAP GRC Process Controls and SAP GRC Risk Management. In this way the strategic GRC roadmap is
translated into practical solutions for your business.

SAP GRC Risk Management (3 DAY FUNCTIONAL USER MASTERCLASS)

This 3 day masterclass will provide in depth user training on SAP GRC Risk Management. The Integrc GRC
System and Risk Catalogue will be used to provide real life data scenarios and experiences into the
demonstrations and exercises.
Participants are expected to have some basic SAP knowledge and are likely to be in Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit and
Compliance roles or responsible for maintaining GRC processes. Business process owners who use SAP GRC Risk Management to
manage/monitor risks across business processes will also benefit significantly from this training course. The masterclass will focus on

SAP GRC Access Control (3 DAY MASTERCLASS)

This 3 day masterclass will provide an in depth knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, through practical
experience with demonstrations and exercises.
Participants, who are expected to have some basic SAP knowledge, are likely to be SAP security and authorisations personnel,
support personnel responsible for maintaining SAP security and GRC processes, and Risk Managers and business process owners
who use GRC AC to manage/monitor risks across SAP applications.
The masterclass will focus on SAPs GRC 10.1 Access Control software to master access rights across SAP applications.
We will show in detail how to manage risk analysis and results, how to use reports and dashboards, and how to configure
Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, Access Request Management and Business Role Management.

SAP for Auditors (3 DAY WORKSHOP)

If you are a business process auditor, responsible for business process controls, or a consultant for corporate
governance and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act, with basic knowledge of SAP, this 3 day workshop
is for you.
The objective of the course is to understand the core processes and integration of SAP applications and system controls to
optimise internal control systems and meet regulations and international standards.
This commercial auditing course will investigate the impact of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other relevant auditing standards, give a
compact overview of the authorisation concept, and look at basic system set ups, settings and logs. Practical analyses of risks and
controls will be carried out on test cases and we will look at organisational units and structures within the SAP system as well as
customising and controls and how they impact on the audit process. The workshop also investigates auditing of business
processes, end of period financial statements and specific evaluation methods, and how to extract information into standard
formats for further analysis.
