Keys to a Successful On Campus Program

To assist you in achieving your educational goals, we have provided the following tips that
will help you to be successful in your on campus program:

You should receive, in a separate email, a confirmation of your on campus program

registration. Be sure to review that email to confirm that your program, location, and
start date is accurate. A copy of your confirmation email is also available in your
Communication Center
(see the
Student Center
section for more information).

All on campus students are required to complete an online orientation that contains
documents you must review prior to arriving on campus. The next section of this
guide will assist you with your first login to GIAs secure online environment M
y GIA
and help you navigate and access the orientation.

Be sure to review your account in S

tudent Center
as you may have tuition charges
due by your programs start date. For your convenience, you can make payments
online in your
Student Center
or on-site on your orientation day.

On campus orientation is required for new and returning students, and scheduled for
8:00AM the Thursday prior to your programs start date. Please schedule any travel
accordingly and plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to start.

Attendance is very important and critical to successfully completing your on-campus

program. The following represents the maximum allowable tardies or absences:

Graduate Diamonds

Graduate Colored Stones

Graduate Jeweler

Jewelry Design & Technology
