People have been following this system for years and getting
results. That is the reason I am finally offering it out to the public
in such an accessible format. Initially it was only being offering to
my private clients in Boca Raton, FL and they were getting great
results. Then I began to offer it out to the world through the
Internet on youtube.com and people all around the world were
getting amazing results (please read the testimonials at the end
of each chapter for success stories). Then some of these
participants began telling me they couldn’t access the online
videos being hosted through youtube.com since it was banned in
their country (China and Russia I believe?) and also some work
environments were not allowing their employees to access the
videos or check their personal email at work, thus leading to the
inception & birth of this program!
It is my sincere desire to help you achieve your goals and
aspirations, to live a happier and healthier lifestyle and feel
great in your body each day upon rising from bed, and each
night when you lay down to rest.
Stay connected to the pulse of the community and don’t hesitate
to reach out to other participants as you feel the need for a little
boost of inspiration, energy or encouragement. Every one goes
through these same emotions at one point or another. It is your
choice whether to forge ahead in life, attempting to navigate the
turbulent waters alone, or to alleviate some of the workload, by
turning to the support system around you to help you on your
path.
Allow us to be that support system. Turn to the community and in
turn, when you feel stronger, more capable with an abundance of
energy you may just be the one people are turning to for
inspiration! And you will be glad to offer it out when that time
comes, believe me. There is no greater gift than giving to others
that which you have abundance to give. Giving is the gift that
keeps on giving, as generosity is always rewarded with even
more abundance when offered with an open heart and pure
intentions.

fundamental law of the universe. And in this program, we will
continually come back to this law. Self-assessment is
paramount in the setting and in the realization of your goals.

Once you have indicated the various fields that correspond to
the statements that apply to you, you have a good picture of the
condition of your seven chakras.
Based upon the number and the distribution of the fields you
have marked, you can clearly recognize which chakras
currently have the greatest influence in your life and which are
underdeveloped (the ones you leave blank or don’t have an
answer for) and hinder the unfolding of your full potential.
To obtain an even better picture go back over these statements
once again. For those to which you answered no, mark the
fields in the chakra chart with a black circle.
You will find that just because you did not say yes to some
statements does not mean that you have to say no to them.

indicate energy blockages in the corresponding chakra.

Goal Setting...
The 30 Day Yoga Challenge is not only about doing
yoga each day... it's primary purpose is to assist
you and encourage you in the pursuit of all of your
health and happiness goals.
Setting realistic goals is an essential aspect to the
creation of your new lifestyle of health and
happiness.
In a study conducted about Harvard graduates, there
were 2 groups of people observed over a 20 year
period after their college graduation. After 10 years,
3% of the class were earning more than the
incomes of the other 97% of the graduates
combined. After 20 years the 3% group income
was more than double that of the other 97%. What
made the difference in these 2 groups? They all
had the same education and came from similar
socioeconomic backgrounds.. The 3% group had
set specific, detailed goals; had written them down,
and worked diligently toward achieving them.
Moral of the story: If you really want something, set a
goal to achieve it. Do what it takes to work toward it
daily. Then you will reap the rewards of your efforts.
It is important to put the dates that you wish to reach
the goal, to give yourself a time frame. Otherwise it
leaves it open to take any amount of time, which
could result in the goal never being reached.

Tip of the day: Certain forms of fiber seem to absorb
or otherwise “grab hold” of cholesterol and fat
and usher them out of the body before they can
cause trouble. Fiber can bind up bile acids in the
intestine and carry them out before they can

Tip of the day: A person whose body has a high ratio
of muscle to fat will have a higher metabolic rate
than a person of the same weight with a lower
muscle-to-fat ratio, and therefore will require more

Tip of the day: Carbohydrate addicts respond to
carbs in a way that can be compared to the way
alcoholics respond to alcohol. When they
consume carbs, it results in a release of insulin
that is even greater than is needed, which in turn

on nutrition. Smokers break down vitamin C
about twice as fast as non-smokers. This can
deprive the body of adequate amounts of one

Tip of the day: Aerobic or endurance exercise

oxygen. Swimming, bicycle riding, jogging, and
power walking are examples of this type of

Tip of the day: Meditation, which has been practised
for thousands of years, is an effective means of
treating stress and managing pain. It is an activity
that calms the mind and keeps it focused on the
present. In the meditative state, the mind is not
