Zakopane is located in the southern part of Podhale
region, near Krakw, at the foot of the Tatra Mountains.
Zakopane is called the winter capital of Poland it's a
center of Higlander culture and winter sports.

H ow to reach Za kopane
There are two nearest airports one in Krakw (KRK), and one in Katowice (KTW).
These airports and cities are very well conneted with Zakopane thanks to buses,
which run from the early morning to the late evening. From Katowice to Zakopane
the bus costs about 10-20 and from Krakw to Zakopane about 5-10.

About the project

The European Youth Cooperation Forum project is a partnership building activity
with elements of training course. The main goal of our meeting is to create new
partnerships between Youth NGOs, preparation of new youth projects under
ERASMUS+ programme and exchange of experiences and skills in the field of
youth work. During the 6 days programme meeting we will accomplish many
activities with the aim of better meeting of youth organisations represent by
participants. The second part of the meeting will be devote for planning new youth
projects in frame of the new partnership network.
Because of kind of programme it is important that selected participants will be
abble to represent their organisations and will be motivated to common planning of
new actions and projects in frame of Erasmus+Youth programme.

Costs and reimbursement

Food, accomodation and programme expenses during the project meeting are fully
provided. The travel costs will be reimbursed as soon as you deliver us all
necessary documents such as tickets, bills and boarding cards.

Please, keep in mind, that you can buy the tickets after July 15th.

Accomodation
The project will be hosted in Krzesanica resort. The participants will live in rooms
for 2 people, each room is equipped with en suite bathroom. There will be two
conference rooms to our disposal, where we will work and do our programme
activities.
