At the Finch Auto Group, the first thing that struck us about the Friends & Family
program was the minimal investment in time and resources required for the program
to really take off. Weve been able to engage our salespeople, employees and valued
customers not only to promote their preferred brands, but also our Dealer Group!
The program allows us to track every referral easily and the cross-dealership referral
component has given our employees a tremendous incentive to refer their friends and
family members to the other brands that they are interested in. This feature has had
a huge impact in allowing us to keep more business in-house. Needless to say, this
system has really streamlined the process for our accounting departments!
Thanks to Friends & Family, were not only selling more cars, but were delivering
a better customer experience! The program has eliminated our dependence on
our salespeople awkwardly asking for referrals, a step that many chose to ignore
altogether. They are now able to easily engage their customers with the excitement of
