the car with in 10 m. find the force of brakes. (Assume total mass of car and passengers
as 800 kg). (3)
Q-5- A constant retarding force of 50 N is applied o a body of mass 20kg moving initially
with a speed of 15m/s how long does the body take to stop? (2)
Q-6- An explosion breaks a stone at rest into two pieces. One piece of mass 2 kg goes
towards east with the speed of 10 m/s. the other piece flies off with the speed of 20 m/s.
what is the mass of other piece and in what direction should it go? (3)
Q-7- A bullet of mass 20 g is fires into a stationary block weighing 3 kg. After the impact
the block and bullet move together with the velocity of 15 m/s. what was the velocity of
the bullet when it just collided with block? (3)
