URCU, each UCDR/UOMU/URCU is configured with a UFIU.

UFSU
(Back)

The UFSU (Flashdisk Storage Unit) is pinched on the back of UOMU to

realize function extension. Bear the hard disk of the UOMU; store system

information such as system configuration data and provide external optical

port and network port for UOMU
UGBI
(IO)

The UGBI (GB Interface unit) is for Gb interface signalling and data
processing and resource management;

UGFU
(IO)

UGFU (GTP Forwarding Unit) forwards the GTP-U data, identifies the
signaling and user plane data and forwards the signaling at the Iu and
Gn/Gp/Ga interfaces

UGTP
(IO)

UGTP (GTP processing Unit) is for Forward the received GTP-C signalling
to relevant USPU boards according to corresponding identifiers, NTP,
DNS, VRP, IPSec

UICP
(IO)

The UICP (Iu Control Processing unit) is for Iu interface control plane
signalling processing, and resource management

ULAN
(IO)

ULAN provides Layer 2 Ethernet switch function. It is connected with PSM

subrack, switching subrack, LMT, router or HUB.

UOMU
(IO)

The UOMU (Packet Service O&M Unit) provides interfaces for and
accomplishes the O&M of the entire SGSN9810. For Configuration
management, performance management, alarm management, security
management and log managemen

UPIU
(Back)

Can attached with pinch cards (UEEC, UEFC, UAIC) to provide different
types of physical interface

URCU
(IO)

The URCU (PSM SubRack Control Unit) and the UACU in a PSM subrack
form a pair. Realizing the control of the service processing board in the
same subrack combining UACU
