How to Charge Your Device

Plug the USB into the USB port on your

computer. This device is compatible with
both PC and Mac operating systems.

The light will glow blue while the device

is charging. When the device is fully
charged, the light will flash red.

If you have a USB wall charger, you can

charge the device in a wall outlet.

How to Turn On/Off Your Device

USB Key

Step 1: Press and hold the on/off button until the device
vibrates and the light glows purple.
Step 2: The device is now on and in standby mode and light
will glow red.
Step 3: To turn off the device, hold the on/off button until the
device vibrates and the red light blinks 3 times then turns off.
*Note: Press the camera/photo and on/off button at the
same time to reset it.

How to Take a Photo

Step 1: Once in standby mode (light will be glowing red)
press the camera/photo button once.
Step 2: The light will turn blue and the device will vibrate
once indicating the picture was taken.
Step 3: The light will then return to standby mode and the
light will glow red again.

Step 1: Once in standby mode (light will be glowing red)

press and hold the camera/photo button for 3 seconds.
Step 2: The device will then vibrate twice and the red light
will flash 3 times. After the third flash the camera will
begin recording immediately.
Step 3: To stop recording, press the camera/photo button once.
Step 4: The device will stop and save your current recording
and return to standby mode (light will be glowing red).

How to Record Motion Detected Video

Step 1: Once in standby mode (light will be glowing red)
press the motion detection button once.
Step 2: The device will vibrate 3 times and the light will
flash purple 4 times.
Step 3: Now whenever there is movement in front of the
camera, it will automatically start recording.
Step 4: Press the motion detection button once again to
exit motion detection mode, and return to standby mode
(light will glow red again).

How to View Media Files on Your Computer

On a Mac open Finder, click the

removable drive that appears. Files will
be in the folder in the drive.

On a PC open My Computer, click on the

removable drive that appears. Files will

How to Set Time and Date

!

The cameras recording time for video is displayed in this format: year - month - day hour : minutes : seconds
Step 1: Connect the USB to your computer.
Step 2: In My Computer or Finder, the USB will show up as a Removable Disk drive.
Step 3: Open the TXT text document within the drive.
Step 4: Replace the example time with the current date and time in the following format- 2013-10-15 17:03:12
Step 5: Re-save the file to the drive.
Video and picture files will now display the time and date on the bottom right corner.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

1. If the device is in standby mode for 2 minutes with no operation, the device will turn off automatically.
2. If the USBs battery is low, the device will save any current recordings in progress and turn off automatically.
3. If the USBs memory is full, the device save any current recordings in progress and turn off automatically.
4. If the device stops working for an unknown reason, please reset the device.
5. This camera is ONLY to be used in lawfully ways. If you are unsure of your local laws involving audio and video recording, check with your
local government before using.
6. After not using the device for a long time, you will need to charge the battery.
7. The working temperature of the camera is 0 - 45 C, but it is better to use the watch in room temperature.
8. Do not get the camera wet or use in high humidity, and it is best not to use the camera in a dusty environment.
9. It cannot be used in high magnetic or electric fields.
