I am extremely sorry if any action from my end has regretted you. I have no intention to do the same. Kindly
forgive me.

I assure that Ill not act or behave as like as I have regretted by some officers of your office, such as, MS Balaka
Ghosh, Mr. S. Sarkar, Mr. Neel Kamal Sing, Mr. Jyoti Sankar Mondal, and Mr. Gautam Kumar Mazumdar, who,
being a Public Servant, either have given permission for organising illegal activities in the society by applying their
official power in wrongful way or have given scope to the wrong-doers / offenders / violators to go scot-free by
adopting time wasting tactics or inaction or delay in action and as a result we have lost organised green for which
we invested our hard earned money. Most funny thing is that the said public servants are still being paid by public
money even after the aforesaid activities in the world largest democracy. Please be assured that my parents have
taught me invaluable lessons and I am proud to them.

I hope that you will understand how I am struggling for long days for some pages of information from your office.

I request you to send me all communications in future at my email address modakindia@gmail.com to avoid any
incident like postal lapse (though I did not find any confirmation from the postal department on such postal
lapse). [You may refer a case incident bearing number DPOST/E/2014/05704 at http://pgportal.gov.in/
viewstatus.aspx for understanding about confirmation from the postal department on any incident of postal
lapse.] You may consider any other mode of communication but please ensure a copy at my email address for
safe, secure and instant delivery.

I am sorry to inform you that I am not in a position to deposit the charges since I am out of station, out of West
Bengal, due to an official exigency. I request you to allow me for some time till I return at home. I assure you that
Ill pay the charges within 7 days of my return at home.

Please find a Comparative Analysis attached herewith for your kind perusal. I request you to provide your opinion
in respect to the serial number where I did not mark OK under column My observations. I have failed to
understand the word NIL and ambiguous. Some are contrary.

The word NIL is ambiguous to me and I found several meanings as follows:

1. Necessary checking and verification has been made by your end and have found that the document does not
exist.
2.
The society has informed that the document does not exist and you have just passed the same to me with
having any checking and verification by your end.
3.

Document exists but your office has no intention to disclose the same to me.

Moreover, I have already informed you that I paid charges to the society bearing memo no. 19924 dated
28.09.2014 for the said information against letter given by the Special Officer dated 12.09.2014 referring your
letter to the special officer bearing memo no. 1205, 1206, and 1207 dated 26.08.2014.

I have paid Rs. 418.00 to the society for 209 nos pages @ Rs. 2 per page and you have instructed me to pay Rs.
416.00 for 208 nos pages @ Rs. 2 per page. Total payment is to be Rs. 834 for Pages 417 nos.

Please refer the RTI application where I clearly mentioned that:

Kindly arrange to provide me copy of the relevant data / information only.

I specially request you to provide me copies duly attested / certified by you.

I also request you to provide me a list of documents along with the number of pages in respect to the above
with a scope for checking and verification of the said documents before paying any charges for the same.

I have asked you to prove me Certified True Copy and I hope that you will hand over me each page after proper
certification by you.

I request you to mark the reference no, such as RTI Memo No and Serial No, on the each page of the
document(s) for proper identification as and when required by any honble court of law. There should not be any
ambiguity in future on identification of the document that you have provided against my RTI application(s) in
seriatim. I request you to mark documents separately since I have placed the requirement separately in my RTI
applications.
