RULES AND REGULATION

Eligibility: Only Tamil Nadu Players
are eligible to participate
Allthe

participate must be registered with TNSCA for the year 2015 -16

Allentry

fees of Rs.200/- per player (plus Rs100/- as TNSCA Registration Fee) is to

bepaid in cash / Demand Draft / cheque in favour of Thirumal Chess Academy
Players

from Kanchi District must be registered with kanchi District Chess Association.
The KDCA Registration fee for the year 2015 -16 is Rs.50/Entry

forms should reach the organizers on or before 29.04.2015

Alate

Fee of Rs.100/- per entry will be collected on all entries remitted after 29.04.2015
No entry wil be entertained after 30.04.2015
Birth Certificate should be brought as a proof age.

Special Concession
There

will be 50% concession for the student of Vivekanandha,Vidyalaya,

Sriperumbudur, & TN Govt schools subject to their proof of identity. However they
should also register with TNSCA for the year 2015 -16 by paying Rs.100/-

Chess Sets & Clock

The

Participants have to bring their own International chess set (and

Chess clock if any)
Tie

for any places shall be resolved by Buchholz Tiebreak system.

Decision:

The Arbitors decision shall be final and binding on all.

Accommodation

: outstation players will be provided with Dormitory at

Vannier Chathiram Sriperumbudur.
The TNSCA / KDCA / organizer reserve the right to admit or refuse are entry
without assigning any reason thereof.
The TNSCA / KDCA / Organizer reserve the right of admission to the venue.
