2 Mark Lovelock CV
I was responsible for the preparation and installation of fruit and quiz
machines, pool tables, video games and music systems within the
managed pub trade. After working as an installer for three years I became
an engineer with responsibilities within the Gala Bingo chain. These
included servicing, maintaining and electro-mechanical fault finding on
fruit machines at 3 separate Gala Bingo halls together with money
collections and top-ups. As with all of my previous positions my ability to
work unsupervised and to a high standard was essential.
I served a 3 year apprenticeship with British Gas and when fully qualified
worked as a Service Engineer. I was responsible for installing all forms of
domestic and industrial gas appliances, servicing and electro-mechanical
fault finding to a high level in this safety critical industry. Once qualified, I
was responsible for training new apprentices. This role required initiative,
the ability to work unsupervised and good customer relations in dealing
with customers in their homes or businesses.
