Bennett, I have been contacted by Kathy Zickert attorney for Tribridge. They own the apt complex behind Cambridge Sq. shopping center. At the front of their property sits a beautiful historic home (white in color) that faces Ash Dun Rd. They wish to gift it to the city. Our requirement is to move it and obtain any and all permits. Can you list the permits we need. I know of only the following: city permit, ga power approval to raise the overhead lines,disconnect utilities. I have no idea of the weight limits on Ash Dun Road. We don’t know yet where the bldg will be moved and I don’t know when Kathy’s clients will require us to move it but I would think it would go to Blackburn park. I will get with our master plan park consultants so they can take a look at the house and tell us where it would be best located.

Hi Marie!

I will be happy to meet. Tribridge is spinning off the front part of the property for a townhome development by Ashton Woods (with whom the City is very familiar since they did Town Brookhaven and the mixed use project on Johnson Ferry). We need a front setback variance due to hydrological issues and I have filed it. However, the site plan is still evolving and may change slightly.

I am happy to meet to share the plan and whatever additional information John might need. We do not need rezoning:

only the variance and then subdivision approval.

I will be happy to meet. Tribridge is spinning off the front part of the property for a townhome development by Ashton Woods (with whom the City is very familiar since they did Town Brookhaven and the mixed use project on Johnson Ferry). We need a front setback variance due to hydrological issues and I have filed it. However, the site plan is still evolving and may change slightly.

I am happy to meet to share the plan and whatever additional information John might need. We do not need rezoning:

only the variance and then subdivision approval.
