Preamble

Whether square and round pegs have been put in square and round holes
respectively, depends on the state of the following two, 2 features of the
workforce:
Feelings, L for A = LF2, L 1
Self-Control, ScR for ScR 1
In general feelings, L are the product of the combination of activities in the
intellect, F and the emotion, A. They are actually energy frequencies that are
transmitted, to influence the universe, as well as other human beings who may
be tuned to the same frequency anywhere in the universe. When information
enters the brain, it first, 1st stimulates the emotion that is located at the limbic
region in the lower back of the head. Thereafter it reaches the intellect, located
at the front lobe of the head or cortex, above the forehead. Both regions are
associated with definite interpretations of the stimuli. It is however the
emotion that generates the greater part of the energy that is produced in the
process, which is then transmitted as feelings, from the heart. Feelings would
be strongest at a unity, for L = 1, when the interpretation from both regions
agree. Scores deviate from a unity, according to the extent of observed
differences in interpretations, to create chaos and disruptions in the
environment. This would also be the extent to which the person would be
expected, to perform below their optimum.

Feelings

Feelings influence performance at

two, 2 levels. Firstly at f0 = 1, the
person would be perfectly skilled at
the performance at task. This is when
people are able to reduce phenomena
into the five, 5 essential components
that give being, as required by the
perception model of mind, PMM. At
optimum performance however, it
would be sufficient that f0 = 0.96, for
f0 = Po2; where the factor-Po
measures the power, Po that is stored
in the personality, for response to
stimuli. This factor is optimum at Po
= 0.98, when the person is able to
identify four, 4 of the five, 5
essentials, for Nu = 4. In both cases,
feelings would be a unity, without causing any chaotic disruptions in the
environment or other people.
Secondly when the f0-score is below 0.96 for f0 < 0.96, it may still be possible that
feelings are constant, even if they are below the optimum. In this case, the observed
scores on the factors f0, RtN, and ScT would be equal, for f0 = RtN = ScT. RtN and
ScT are measures of workforce retention and self-containment, respectively.
Observed inequalities in these three, 3 factors would however signal disruptions in
the associated feelings. But the disruptions would be insignificant, to the extent that
self-control, ScR is a unity, for ScR 1. To the extent that self-control deviates
from a unity however, there would be equivalent disturbances in the environment, as
well as negative influences on people that operate at the same frequency. Moreover,
the performance at task would also be disrupted. These disruptions would be
observed on the organizations scores on revenue, profit, and cost of materials;
which translate into scores equivalently, on the bill of health index, BHI. The BHI
is also best at a unity, for BHI = 1. It would however be optimum at 1.41, for BHI =
2. This is when the right workforce is in the right environment, delivering profitable

business results. The round and square pegs would have been put in their appropriate
holes.

Precise HR

Reality has been described simply as objects that influence, and are also influenced
in return, by other objects. Thus the universe is conceptualised to comprise objects,
which are connected to each other according to certain definite relationships.
Secondly, measurement involves the following two, 2 activities:
Identify the essential elements of the phenomenon
Map these into the number line, according to the observed relationships
between them
To derive value for any phenomena therefore, it would be sufficient to define the
objects that make up the phenomenon, as well as the observed relationships between
them. The precision in the measurements of the two, 2 human features discussed
above, including feelings and self-control is achieved against the back ground of the
following objects and relationships:
Skill, f0 is evaluated as the capacity to perform at task by the standard
procedure, for f0 = 4. In this case, the person would be able to derive the four,
4 strategic objectives that would be required, to accomplish tasks according
to specifications.
But the task is the unit of work. Whether a person can perform at any work
therefore, it would be required that work is reduced into the corresponding
tasks; according to the standard procedure series that comprises six, 6 items,
for F = 4 x 6 items.
Moreover, that a person can would not be a guarantee that they will. The
capacity to will would be evaluated on the factor-C by iterating the measure
of can, six, 6 times for 4 x 6 x 6 = 144 items or objects.
To persevere to the end, so that work that is started is accomplished, the
capacity to will is iterated four, 4 times to measure self-containment, ScT on
4 x 6 x 6 x 4 = 576 items.
Lastly events are predictable when people who are engaged at work, are able
to turn what they know into what they do. This requires that the factors Pc,

Rn, n, and Vc that combine to evaluate self-containment, are incorporated

with the factor-BHI, which is derived from three, 3 inputs, for (4 x 6 x 6 x 4)
+ 3 = 579 items.
These factors are combined using four, 4 different models, to derive the 6-metrics,
from which the analyses outlined on the preamble are done. The relationships are
outlined in the chart below:

People Value

By the 6-metrics model of learning the learning process is rooted in desire, which
dwells in the emotion. But desire remains dormant, until the will commits to do
something about it. Then energy is released, according to the strength of
commitment, which is applied to the following two, 2 activities:
To plot the path for desire fulfillment by deriving the procedure, which is
then stored in the emotion or sub-conscious mind, CWk
To withstand and overcome the vagaries of the environment, which act to
mitigate the above step, CNd
Then commitment, C would be evaluated formally as C = CWk + CNd. While
commitment is a function of the will, the procedures are plotted in the intellect, and
stored in the emotion. Recall however that because of gravity and relativity, the
reconstruction of reality is usually warped, due to limitations in the human ability.
This often creates incongruence between information that is in the intellect or
conscious mind, and that in the emotion or sub-conscious mind. Because of this, any
one, 1of the following three, 3 situations may be observed, in the relationship
between the intellect and the emotion; the conscious and sub-conscious minds

respectively:
Both are perfectly constituted, to derive and to store the standard procedure
for the performance at task, for f0 = 1 or 0.96
The information in both are agreed, but do not correspond to the standard, for
ScR = 1
The information in the one, differs from that in the other, for ScR < 1
In the first, 1st case the will would have been committed adequately, to correct all
inabilities in the perception of reality. In the second, 2nd the correction would be
ongoing, so that the person remains consistent. The third, 3rd case would be evidence
of observed inconsistencies, according to the score on the factor-ScR. Thus the
following two, 2 relationships would be observed, between the will, intellect, and
emotion:
When the will takes full charge of only the intellect, as evaluated on the
factor-f0 for skill
When the will takes full charge of both the intellect and the emotion, as
evaluated on the factor-Po for the power that is stored in the personality to
respond to stimuli, which power also defines character, C as a relative of
commitment, C
These distinctions allow for people to be evaluated according to the following
capacities:
Leadership, Nu from the factor-Po,
Productivity, ROI from the factor-f0, and
Self-control, ScR from a potpourri of factors that derive from a combination
of the above two, 2 factors as follows:
