Thisisacollectionofsomehouseplantswhichhelpcleantheairintheroomfrompollution,badsmellandlowercarbondioxidenaturally.
Someofthemrepelbitinginsects,otherinviteusefulwaspsthatkilltheparasitesontheotherplants.
Mostofthoseplantsbelowwillliveinperfectcoexistenceneareachother(exceptthemint,ifplantedinthesameboxorpot).
Theywillalsonotgrowtootallandwide,soyoucanfillsmallspacesaroundyourwindowsandnotriskstumblinguponthemallthetime.

Rosemary
Someusethisherbforcooking,otheruseitasaherbaltea.
Aswithallplantshavingneedlelikeleaves,therosemary
(RosmarinusofficinalisL.)isevergreenandcanbeheldindoors
inthewholewinter,stillleavingpleasantaroma.
Mostoftheneedleleavedplantsareverygoodpurifiers,
especiallyforhumidwinterair.Theybreathecarbondioxideand
exhaleoxygen.Rosemaryisnotexception.
Themostimportantfunctionofthisherbisitsabilitytoimprove
cognitivefunctionandshieldthebrainfromfreeradicals.

Andthepresenceofthisplantintheroomisenoughinthelongrun.Rosemarystillexhalessomeofitsessentialoilsintheroom(youdon't
needtoboilitinateainfusiontobenefitfromit).

Youneedtocheckifyouarenotallergicfirst,butthisherbmakes
verygoodhouseplant.

3. Thearoma(also)helpsrelaxifyousufferfromanxiety.
Ifyoudon'twanttobuyoillampforaromatherapyorsleepwithlit
aromacandlebesideyourbedhaveapotofLavendergrowing
onyourbedroomwindow.Itlovessunlightsodon'tdepriveitorit
willrefusetobloom.
Atlateautumn,thesunlightwillbeinsufficient,sogathertheseeds
whentheplantwithersandreseedthematearlyspring.
Thesoilisbesttobesandyandnottoorich(excludecompostand
fertilizers)andtheplantisbestkeptinapotwithgooddrainage.

Theyattractonesmallwaspwhenblooming.Thewaspkills

HavingJasminearomawhendiningisverypleasant.
Havingjasmineteaisalsoverygood.(Justbruisesomepetalsina
cupandpourboilingwater.Coverfor10minuteswithasmall
dish).
InChinaandIndia,itismixedwithgreentealeavesandtumbled
untilthegreenteaabsorbsallthefragranceformtheJasmine.
InfactJasmineteabagsboughtfromstoreareactuallygreenor
OolongteawithJasminescent.
AndevenifJasmineisnotcompletelyrobbedfromhealing
properties,Iitisbetterusedasaneveninghousefragranceandair
purifier.

Theyarespreadworldwideandyouprobablydon'tknowhowgoodthisplantcanbeindoors.
