En conclusion:
Ces techniques apportent une aide pour le diagnostic positif et microbiologique
des pneumopathies nosocomiales. Leur utilit est parfaitement tablie dans la

nosocomiales dans un environnement mdical par leur frquence leve et par une
proportion leve d'agents pathognes hospitaliers, malgr leur survenue prcoce
(32). Enfin, dans ce contexte post-opratoire, la mortalit semble basse (32).
