Questions from the author

There is a saying, "We are what we eat." Is this true?

Not all obese people eat more; not all vegetarians look youthful; not all sick people eat
junk food; not all alcoholics are diseased; not all smokers suffer from cancer; not all people with
poor eating habits show signs of premature aging.

So, do you still think we are what we eat? If not, then what determines a person's
physique?

You can reverse your body by doing physical exercises and cutting down your fat.

Can you reverse the way you look (your face) going to gym?

Certainly not!

Have you seen kids eating sand and mud while they play? As an adult can you eat a small
amount of sand and survive without a doctor?

Are we not supposed to be stronger than a kid?

You may have seen children fighting with each other, then in the very next moment playing
together without holding a grudge.

Can you quarrel with a friend, and then let it go and continue to enjoy being together without your
relationship being affected by the disagreement?

Can you forget all negatives that have happened to us, as kids do?

Don't you feel that we have forgotten to forget?

Don't you realize that we suffer because we lost the innocence? We are unable to remove the
past happenings from our mind as we were once masters in doing that?

Keep going you will find the answers to these questions in the next page.
Answers from the author

“We are what we think”, we are our thoughts, thoughts form mind and when the mind overflows
with thoughts, it shows up on our face and we start ageing.

To understand this we need to have a deeper understanding of mind and layers of mind.

A thought is a product of brain and our life is a product of our thought. The thought once created,
cannot be controlled or cancelled by brain but can be manipulated directly by by-passing it.

Mind is a collection of thoughts. Mind cannot be reduced to the brain, but that it is not a distinct
substance. We are an expression of our own self-hypnosis.

There are various techniques discovered by Ancient Indian Yogis to by-pass the brain and
manipulate the thoughts and thus design our own life and so the body. What is hidden in your
mind directly affects your physic, but you don't know that it is there…

The contents (thought forms) of your mind are the result of everything in life that has “impacted”
upon it. Mentally, you are the result of a lifetime of cumulative influences and experiences. This is
true for everybody, including the author of this book.

It is critical to understand that your brain actually secretes chemicals corresponding to your
positive and negative thoughts. The resulting chemistry of your brains cranial fluid influences all
of your natural abilities, functions. This, in turn, determines the ageing process. The good thing is
that there are techniques to remove these thoughts from the mind and revert back the mind and
so the face (age).

Remember, as per quantum physics we are made up if energy vibrating at a

particular frequency. Our solid body is a mass of energy vibrating at a frequency.
Nothing other than thoughts can affect this frequency.

There are ancient techniques used by great sages to remove the unwanted
thoughts from our system and reverse the thought process and so the frequency at
which we are vibrating.
Understanding Mind

Let me start by asking you a simple question, where is mind?

People usually point to their head and that is brain, not mind. So where is mind?
Is it located somewhere in our body? Or is it a logical unit or software running in our
body?

Well, mind is not a single unit. Just as water is formed by the combination of hydrogen
and oxygen, the mind is a combination of numerous thoughts. According to Indian
Vedas, these thought formations are known as Samskaras. It is understood that powerful
thoughts like anger, passion, jealousy or fear come into the mind from time to time.
These painful thoughts are persistent and occupy more space in our mind and finally
overflow showing up on our face.

Want proof?
When you are feeling deep sorrow, try to act as if you are happy. Look at your face in
the mirror. It will reveal that you are not happy. Why? It is because your face is the
index of your subconscious mind. Though your conscious mind pretends to be happy,
your subconscious mind reveals the truth.

The mind works like a camera. Whatever has been known and experienced through the
senses remains imprinted in the subliminal part of the mind. These impressions or
formations are so numerous that you may never be able to know them all, and it is not
easy to classify them. Some are weak and insignificant, while others have a powerful
influence on the character, habits and physic. Some are casual and periodical, while
others accompany you all the time

Ok, coming back, these painful thoughts if not weeded from your subconscious mind will
cause rapid ageing.

How to weed these thoughts from our subconscious mind?

There are ancient techniques to achieve peace, happiness and youthfulness, when
practiced regularly they work authentically. In this book I have introduced various such
techniques.
Layers of Mind

The mind is composed of three parts: the conscious, the pre-conscious; and the sub-
conscious. Each of these minds takes care of certain functionalities and stores certain
memories.
When one overflows with too much of information it pushes it to the next. For example if
your pre-conscious mind is occupied with too much of painful memories it gets pushed to
the sub-conscious mind which then gets polluted. The sub-conscious mind, when polluted
with too many thoughts, will reflect on your face and body. This is how we age.
revenge,
rejection

Thoughts overflow from subconscious mind affecting the conscious mind that reflects on the face.

revenge,
rejection

In a few moments, I'm going to show you how to quickly and easily harness the power of
your mind, clear preconscious mind, strengthen subconscious mind, stop ageing and even
reverse it. Use this secret to create a life filled with more passion, excitement, confidence,
and joy than you've ever dreamed!
Thoughts, Emotions and Ageing

Here is the most important thing; please pay more attention now.
Every thought has a certain amount of emotion attached to it. Emotions make thoughts restless
and keep bothering the mind; the mind in turn troubles brain and affects the physical body.
So thoughts create our emotional state and they affect our health. Everything we do stem
from thought. The truth is many of our thoughts are centered on worry and fear. We either worry
about the past or fear about the future.

Thought
Thought

Revenge Love
(Emotion) (Emotion)

Positive emotions like love, affection, infatuation, gratitude etc affects the brain in a
positive way soothing the brain cells and thus the body and face.
Whereas negative emotions like revenge, anger, rejection etc affects the brain cells in a
negative way; it almost kills the brain cells, blocks blood circulation and occupies more
space in your mind. Since these thoughts occupy more space, it overflows from your
conscious mind and shows up on our face. This results in rapid decay of the cells and
causes ageing.
For example if your mind can hold 1000 positive thoughts like love and affection, it can
only hold 2 to 3 negative thoughts the fourth thought overflows and shows up on your
face.

"We are what we think, all that we are arises with our thoughts, with
our thoughts we make the world"
- Gautama Buddha
Oxytocin (Hormone of Love)

You are in a family function or a party and you spot someone of opposite sex
across the room. They look over in your direction. "Wow, they're so beautiful," you
think. You want desperately to go over and talk to them, but at the very thought of it,
your heart starts racing and your palms begin to sweat. Looking over at them again, you
see that amazingly enough they are coming over to you. Even before speaking to them,
you feel like you have just fallen in love.
Love at first sight, how can it be? Love is one of the strongest and most elusive
emotions. Nearly every person seeks to experience the feeling of being in love.
Is there any hormone for love? To the surprise the answer is “YES”
There is a saying “I love you from the bottom of my Brain” and it refers to this magic
hormone.
Oxytocin is a nine amino acid peptide that is synthesized in hypothalamic neurons
and transported down axons of the posterior pituitary for secretion into blood. Oxytocin is
also secreted within the brain and from a few other tissues, including the ovaries and
testes. The hormone Oxytocin plays a significant role in many animals' instinct to love
and form social bonds. In fact, it has been called jokingly, "the cuddle hormone."
This hormone is released by the pituitary gland at an age where the relationship with
the opposite sex is new, when the relationship or love has no expectation; in fact it is
released when the person is infatuated or in love with the opposite sex.

Remember release of Oxytocin will reverse your skin, the way you look and take you
back to your Star Age.

So the question here is can we trigger these emotions and cause the brain to release this
hormone (Oxytocin)?

Keep going you’ll find the answer!

Thoughts without Emotions

Thoughts without emotions are powerless and harmless and it is the ultimate goal of each
and every Yogi. This requires more dedication and the person/yogi should not have any
type of bondages and should control all his senses etc. This book doesn’t teach how to
live a life without emotion, but it still aids or acts as a cure for the burns caused by
negative or painful thoughts and emotions.

Western techniques to interpret mind

There are various western techniques to interpret the mind and make it work for us, for
example
1) Visualization
2) Emotional freedom Technique (EFT)
3) Affirmation
4) Release technique
5) Subliminal messages
6) Brainwave synchronization etc

But do these techniques really interpret the mind? These techniques try to change the
belief system and only try to convince the mind. They do work but it is not easy to
change once belief system or mind without proper techniques. You cannot visualize a
happy situation when your mind is filled with painful thoughts.
So the key is to clear the pre-conscious and subconscious mind, return to normal and
then use techniques to achieve happy, abundant and joyful life.
This book gives you techniques to clear the mind, to remove the weeds from our pre
and subconscious mind, to remove the emotion attached to the painful thoughts or to
completely remove these thought(s) from our mind.
What is time according to Siva Sutra?

The Siva Sutras are the cornerstone of Hindu Kashmir Shaivism. It contains the firm and
powerful ancient roots of some of today's "new age" concepts of universal creation, power of the
mind, and a great vision of a wide array of powerful and enlightening teachings. This text is one of
the greatest gems of humanity to have survived the waves of time.

According to Shiva Sutra time is distance between one thought and the other thought. i.e.
humans have millions of thoughts every day and hundreds of different thoughts every second. If
you are indulged in a particular thought process, for example say you spend a day with your
loved ones and you go out dating her, here your chance of having other thoughts are limited and
you will actually spend your full concentration speaking or chatting with your loved one. You can
realize that the entire day is shrunk into an hour or less. Why is this? Because time is the
distance between one thought process and the other thought process. The western world
measures time in seconds whereas the Sutra measures time in thoughts…

So what? What does this has to affect our age or ageing?

Keep reading you’ll find the answers.

What is ageing and what causes it?

When a boy is 5 years he grows in height and weight and when he is 15 he starts growing
mustache but do we call this ageing? Do we regret for this? No…

A baby is born, it grows, it goes to school, college, falls in love, gets married, works to earn ,
experiences happiness, sorrow, betrayals, fights, quarrels, gets frustrated, and by now numerous
thoughts are flooded into his mind, gets depressed, losses his sleep and starts ageing. This is
one way of ageing and this is rapid.

The other way is because of change in the mind set. When one joins a company after his or her
college he joins as a fresher (junior) he believes that he is a kid when he looks at the seniors, but
slowly in 3 to 4 years of working his mindset changes, he starts thinking that he knows more, he
has more, he deserves more, he is now a senior person gets promotions and this changes his
mindset and he starts ageing. This mindset tells one that he is old. This is another way of ageing.

The first one is poisonous and it may even lead to various kinds of diseases, though we fail to
realize the cause and name it differently. We find some reasons that convince our conscious
mind. The second, though it is not poisonous it may lead to boredom, early graying of hair,
increase in weight and induce laziness into your body and once we are conquered by boredom
ageing is instantaneous.

Thus ageing is nothing but a negative shift in mindset because of painful or boring thoughts that
overflows from our preconscious mind poisoning the sub-conscious which reflects on the
conscious (face).

“You are the product of everything you put into your mind”
How to identify when you have started ageing?

The day when you have lot of redundant thoughts, the day when you find hard to sleep, the
day when you think about sleeping pills, the day when your friend says that you look tired, the day
when you think about stress, the you see puffiness or black rings below your eyes….believe me
you have started ageing.

The ageing process

Ageing happens in the human body from top to bottom, meaning it starts from head then
the face and the neck and then the body. The good thing is that we have tools to stop it right at
the start.
We worry about our age when we see our dry skin, I use to have an oily skin till my 30 and after
that to my surprise my entire texture of the facial skin has undergone tremendous change. My
skin no more secretes oils that were keeping my skin glowing. Oops does my skin count
numbers? No way, it’s all my junk thoughts that affects my brain cells and block this natural oil
from secreting.

How to sleep like Yogi?

The difference between a Yogi and a normal human being living in the material world is
nothing but the difference in number of thoughts per second.

Yes, yogi has very few thoughts per second. If a normal human have 1000 thoughts per
second a Yogi might be having only 10 or even less thoughts per second.

So now you know that thoughts (either it is happy or painful) are the only enemies for sleep. If you
can remove the thoughts or the emotion attached to the thoughts you can sleep like a Yogi. I.e.
you can have a good, powerful and rejuvenating sleep.

Ok, how to remove the thoughts or emotions attached to thoughts?

By repetition of certain mantras, you can remove the thoughts or emotions attached to the
thoughts.

I’ll be revealing few techniques in the coming pages to achieve this.

Stages in sleep

Sleep quality changes with transition from one sleep stage into another. Although the signals for
transition between the five (or six) stages of sleep are mysterious, it is important to remember that
these stages are, in fact, discretely independent of one another, each marked by subtle changes
in bodily function and each part of a predictable cycle whose intervals are observable. Sleep
stages are monitored and examined clinically with polysomnography, which provides data
regarding electrical and muscular states during sleep.
Alpha Level

REM (Rapid Eye Movement)

Deep Sleep
Alpha

Stage 1 sleep, or drowsiness, is often described as first in the sequence, especially in models
where waking is not included. Polysomnography shows a 50% reduction in activity between
wakefulness and stage 1 sleep. The eyes are closed during this stage of sleep, but if aroused
from it, a person may feel as if he or she has not slept. This stage may last for five to 10 minutes.

REM
People dream during REM sleep, perhaps as a result of excited brain activity and the paralysis of
major voluntary muscles.
So most of the people only visit deep sleep state for few seconds or minutes. This prescription in
this book will allow you to stay in the deep sleep stage or at least extend the duration you are
here.

How to be healthy and youthful regardless of whatever you eat or drink?

We know that “we are not what we eat, we are what we think”. I’ll explain this concept with an
example.
I’m a chain smoker when I was doing my graduation studies. At that time all I knew is smoking
brings pleasure….that’s it.
I use to smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day; I don’t know the fact that the lips turn dark
because of the nicotine (tar) from the smoke. Nothing happed to me or my lips at that time.

Now I see people with dark lips as a result of smoking and I understand that it’s because of the
tar (a compound that sticks on lips on smoking). And now my lips turn dark even if I smoke one
cigarette day, weird isn’t?

What made the difference? It’s the mind set, every time I smoke I think of tar and my lips which
made it happen.

The take away from the above example is that whatever you eat, drink or smoke it is healthy
unless you think it is not. The harder part it; we cannot unlearn what we have learned. I.e. we
cannot smoke a cigarette thinking that it is healthy. It’s better to avoid these activities.

I’m not asking you to smoke cigarette with a healthy mind set. I’m asking you not to think too
much, just be as you were before. Don’t keep reading about diseases, avoid reading negative
news. Don’t develop the habit of calculating calories each time you eat, don’t set limitation to your
immune system. Your immune system can tackle anything you take in and still keep you healthy,
so don’t set limitations. Do you know how many calories of chocolate you took when you are a
kid?

“Nothing is either good or bad but thinking makes it so”

- Shakespeare

What causes diseases?

Painful / negative thoughts like anger, revenge, jealous etc affects and
contracts the blood vessel resulting in reduction of blood flow to that particular area and
this reduction in blood supply is the major cause of all diseases we have in this world.
So do you get cancer due of smoking and the answer is “yes”, because each time you
smoke you hold a painful thought that it is injurious to health and the very thought affects
the blood vessels and slowly restricts the blood supply to bodily cells and the very cell
that is not fed with blood turns as cancer.
So what is wrong here? It is the thought that smoking is injurious to health that makes it
true.
Painful thoughts affects and
contracts the blood vessel
resulting in reduction of
blood flow to that particular
area
What is Star Age?

The age when you felt envy on seeing you on the mirror, the age when you were the
most happiest person, the age when you felt that deep love or infatuation on someone, the
age when you were surrounded by lot of friends, the age when you knew nothing except
happiness. For most of us it will usually be around 21.

How to stop ageing?

So now we know that ageing is not because of what we eat or how we eat….its because of our
thoughts and thought process and related emotions and feelings. So in-order to stop this process

1) We need to kill or remove the redundant persistent thoughts stored in our preconscious
and subconscious mind.
2) Revert our thinking process
3) Guard our subconscious mind from painful thoughts
4) Fill the mind with star age thoughts

And everything by JUST NOT changing or convincing our belief system but by using prescribed
techniques and methods used by Yogis.

How to remove the redundant persistent thoughts from our mind?

There are many ways to remove these negative thoughts; repetition of mantra is one of the
powerful ways. Mantras are sound discovered by Yogis when they are in deeper level of
consciousness. These are sounds that vibrate at certain frequency, these sounds makes the user
also to vibrate in its frequency when uttered.
Yogis have discovered various sounds (mantras) for different purposes to attain good health, to
enjoy deep sleep, to increase intuition, to attain higher level of consciousness, to free negative
thoughts, to live a peaceful life, to attain great material things, sex etc
Mantra
Mantra

Mantra is a divine combination of divine syllables or sounds which when chanted with
faith and emotion changes the vibration and energy.

Rishis and Yogis prepared mantras over the ages, these have helped thousands of
followers achieve even that appeared impossible to them.

Mantra is intrinsically related to sound. Mantra is sound, and sound is reverberating in

everything in this universe. These sounds have enormous power; in fact it has the power
to create an entire universe. Each mantra contains within its vibrations a certain power

Dedicated use of mantras can dig into subconscious crystallized thoughts stored in the
organs and glands and transform these bodily parts into repositories of peace.

“Owing to the vibratory power of words

what ever you decree - that you release
within yourself and your world
The word “utter” and the word “outer” have the same root meaning What
you utter literally becomes an outer part of your word”
- Dr Catherine Ponder

What makes mantras so special as compared to the normal words?

Mantras are not invented by sages rather they are discovered by them. Mantras are not
human composed and the sages are not composers of these mantras, as we normally
compose the sentences. They get to know the mantras in a state in which these words do
not emanate from their thoughts, but they are just passive audience to it. Those who go
deep in meditation and realize the ultimate silence may be able to get a feel of this
situation.
Meaning of mantra

Saying any word produces an actual physical vibration. Over time, if we know what the
effect of that vibration is, then the word may come to have meaning associated with the
effect of saying that vibration or word. This is one level of energy basis for words. For
although there is a general meaning which comes to be associated with mantras, the only
lasting definition is the result or effect of saying the mantra.
Mantras start a powerful vibration, which corresponds to both a specific spiritual
energy frequency and a state of consciousness in seed form. Over time, the mantra
process begins to override all of the other smaller vibrations, which eventually become
absorbed by the mantra. After a length of time that varies from individual to individual,
the great wave of the mantra stills all other vibrations. Ultimately, the mantra produces a
state where the organism vibrates at the rate completely in tune with the energy and
spiritual state represented by and contained within the mantra.
The word "mantra" is derived from two Sanskrit words. The first is "manas" or "mind,"
which provides the "man" syllable. The second syllable is drawn from the Sanskrit word
"trai" meaning to "protect" or to "free from" Therefore, the word mantra in its most literal
sense means "to free from the mind." Mantra is, at its core, a tool used by the mind that
eventually frees one from the vagaries of the mind.

The mantra was probably arrived at through some form of meditation or intuition and
subsequently tested by the person who first encountered it.
Part 2
Practice
Step 1: Clear your subconscious mind by using Kirtan Kriya

It is understood that powerful thoughts like anger, passion, jealousy or fear come into
the mind from time to time, but during meditation many insignificant thoughts keep
coming and going. This happens because we have not cleaned the formations of the mind.
The dedicated use of this mantra can dig into subconscious crystallized thoughts stored in
the organs and glands and transform these bodily parts into repositories of peace.
It involves chanting and using finger poses. This simple exercise reduces clears your
subconscious level, reduces stress levels, increases circulation in the brain, promotes
focus and clarity, and stimulates mind-body-spirit connection.

Time: 12 minutes once a day

Here's How:
1. Sit in an upright position on the floor or in a straight backed chair. Rest your
hands on your knees with palms facing upwards.
2. Chant the syllables Sa, Ta, Na, Ma - lengthen the ending of each sound as you
repeat.
3. Touch your index finger tip to the tip of your thumb as you chant Sa (Saaaaaa..)
4. Touch your middle finger tip to the tip of your thumb as you chant Ta (Taaaaa..)
5. Touch your ring finger tip to the tip of your thumb as you chant Na (Naaaaa..)
6. Touch your pinky tip to the tip of your thumb as you chant Ma (Maaaaa...)

7. Do the finger movements as shown in steps 3-6 as you chant in the following
sequence:
o Chant out loud for 2 minutes
o Chant in a whisper for 2 minutes

o Chant in silence for 4 minutes

o Chant in a whisper for 2 minutes
o Chant out loud for 2 minutes
1. Sounds Sa Ta Na Ma translate to birth, life, death, rebirth.
2. Make this meditation a daily routine. It is most beneficial to repeat this chant at
the same time each day.
3. Be a conscious gatekeeper to your sub-conscious mind.
Mantra

Step 2: Bring back the lost innocence

Again I’m going to ask the same question,

Can you fight or quarrel with your friend and enjoy together without the signs of the happenings?

Can you forget all negatives that have happened to us, as kids do?

Don't you feel that we have forgotten to forget?

Yes, the truth is that we have. We have lot of painful memories that have strengthened
our ego, that doesn’t allow us to forgive, forget the past and not live the present moment
of our life. We live only our past most of the time.

Let us first see some of the painful thoughts that are holding us back.

1. Revenge
2. Hatred
3. Betrayal
4. Guilt
5. Jealous

So we need to remove all these thoughts from our mind.

Here is the technique

Hold your forehead with your thumb on one side and the other four fingers on the other
side and press it a bit and say the following

1. I forgive everyone in this world unconditionally (stress the word “unconditionally”)

2. I forgive everyone in this world unconditionally
3. I forgive everyone in this world unconditionally

Say this from your heart.

That’s it. Forgiveness is the great cure for most of our stress.

Does your mind sleep while you sleep? And if your answer is “yes” you are one of the
gifted.
Usually mind doesn’t while body sleeps. It gets struck in the dream state and only visits
the deep sleep state. It stays in the deep sleep state only for few minutes or seconds.
A Yogi who has already conquered his mind can keep his mind in the deep sleep state for
long hours. It is said that our desires get manifested into reality only at this state.

Recite “Om Namo Bhagavatae Vasudevaya” 108 times before going to bed (after Kritan
Kriya) and you can feel the quality of your sleep.

Step 3: Shutdown your mind before going to bed

Using the proper 5 fingers in the right positions of your head - on both sides
simultaneously of course - creates more peace within.

When you close all the holes in your body, you have the highest probability to experience
the thoughtless moment.
1. Close your eyes with your index fingers
2. Close your ears with your Thumb
3. Place your middle finger near your nose (do not close)
4. Close your mouth with your ring and little finger as shown in the image.
5. Lock your tongue in the upper part of your mouth.
Do not entertain any kind of thought, do not interpret the smell while you breath (keep
breathing), do not entertain any images. Keep your body away from objects; let your
dress be very minimal. The goal here is to stop all the senses which are the root for all
thoughts.
This technique will shut down your entire system and will remove all forms of stress
immediately. This technique is called Sambhavi Mudra in Sanskrit.

Do this only once before going to bed and feel the quality of sleep.
Step 4: Playing vs. Exercise

When you are 18 years, do you play or exercise? When you are young, do you play or
exercise?

In both the activity your body works, your heartbeat raises, the oxygen supply to your
brain and other parts of body increases. Then what makes the difference; the difference is
the state of mind.

While you play you don’t think of anything, you are almost living in the “Now” but while
you exercise you are most likely to be worrying or thinking about your body, your age,
the way you look etc… Remember “What you resist, persist”

So I hear you asking for solution and here it is…

Play the game that you use to play in your Star Age. Play the game as you played while
you were in your Star age. Play with an intension to win like you did in your Star Age.
Become a kid when you play.

I hear you asking, I’m 40 years do I have to or how do I play at this age?
How bad you want the change? How bad you want to reverse your age? How bad you
want to look good? How bad you want to change the way you feel?

Step 4: Hear your favorite Star Age music (Anchoring)

Have you ever felt anchored?

I’m sure everyone might have experienced this.

Music or songs that remind us of a person, place or things are good anchors.

We can go back to our beautiful days by hearing these songs or music. We take our mind
to those memories and our body follows.

So keep hearing the songs which you associate with your school time girl / boy friend,
which you use to hear when you were in your Star Age.

It stimulates the same hormone in your body and most likely your brain will release
Oxytocin (the love hormone). When you get into a romantic mind set, it alters the
vibration on each and every cell in your body. Remember as per quantum physics we are
not solid, we are a mass of energy vibrating at a particular frequency and nothing other
than thoughts can affect or change this frequency.

By doing this I’m sure, your face, your outer appearance will change for sure, you know
why? Face is the index of your mind.
Step 5: Mudra for skin

This mudra is named as “Varun Mudra” and this is considered as a miracle mudra
for all skin problems, wrinkling, loss of glow, dehydration, excessive body heat, blood
disorders.
Procedure: Touch the tip of the little finger with the tip of the thumb while the other
fingers are kept upright.

Regular practice ensures an optimum level of water in the body and heals all
ailments connected with dehydration.

Practice of Varun Mudra enhances physical beauty, decreases dryness of the body and
adds a glow to the skin.

Understand the Matrix

Here’s one BIG mistake most of us do. We think that we are going to be happy once we get
that million dollars, we think we will be happy once we become that romantic hero. But when we
reach this goal, we feel a moment of excitement, and finally we realize that that is all there is. And
then we set a higher goal, and wish we will be happy once we reach this new goal. We will never
be happy as long as we don't change our thinking pattern. Believe me, happiness is the key to be
young.

You always have two options in all situations. You can either be happy and feel good or search
for a reason for not being happy.

Say you are at loss and your shares are going down the slopes, you have only two options. The
first option is to feel bad, keep watching the stocks going down each and every second and
repent on our investment. The second option is to get ready to learn something new this time
because by being unhappy you change your vibration and make the situation still worse.

Our ultimate goal is to feel good and then why not choose to feel good right now? It is simply by
choosing to feel good at this moment. It is as simple as that. People have spent great amounts of
money searching for techniques and strategies to make them successful, but they forget that the
most powerful tool is the most fundamental; it is simply feeling good.

Remove all the “if”s

Don’t hide happiness inside a nested “if”

if(I get a better job){

if(I get a better project){

if(I get a better salary){

if(I get a better recognition){
I’m HAPPY
}}}}}....

Remove all your if conditions, then Happiness is unstoppable

Part 3
The Truth
11-point Age and lifesaver

Read and internalize this daily in the morning and evening before you retire to bed.

This is an extract from the great Hindu text Bhagavad-Gita. This can release all the
negative thoughts and emotions acquired by you during the day and night.

1. Don’t worry for anything because all that you see is “nothing” – why do you
worry for nothing?

2. Death is only for your body and not for your soul so no one can kill you. The soul
is immortal

3. Whatever has happened was good, whatever is happening is also good, and
whatever will happen, will also be good. Bad is just an illusion created by your
mind and followed by the environment.

4. Past has no value- don’t regret the past, future is not real - don’t worry about the
future, Present is the only time that we have – live in the present.

5. We didn’t bring anything when we are born – What did you lose that you are
crying about? What did you bring that is now lost? What did you create that is
now destroyed?

6. The truth is, you did not bring anything, whatever you have you got here.
Whatever you gave you gave here, you came here empty handed and you’ll leave
empty handed.

7. You can carry only things that are real. You cannot carry your material,
relationship and things that you love because these are not real. Nothing is real
except the soul

8. Whatever you have today is someone else’s yesterday and day after tomorrow it’ll
be someone else. You feel happy because you think it’s yours, this happiness is
what causes your sadness.

9. Make your mind free of these petty ideas such as this is mine, this is yours, this is
lowest and this is highest.

10. Dedicate yourself to your higher consciousness (GOD)

11. Practice Non-Judgment. This is very powerful. Say each day the following before
you start the day “Today I would judge nothing”. Every time you feel like
judging someone say “Stop”

12. Enjoy the bliss of the liberated soul.
