Office Manager and Site Manager Prince 2 (2009) qualified with proven stakeholder and
change management skills, experienced managing sites and teams in a matrix. I have an
engineering background with extensive construction, ICT and telecom experience. Full
understanding of SDH and VOIP over fibre WAN, DSLAM and MSAN networks. I have
successfully carrying out multi Million pound projects throughout Europe. I have a successful
history of leading, motivating and developing individuals and teams.
I am currently both BC and SC cleared.

CAREER HIGHLIGHT
Project managed a £2.5 Million pound project with a team of 10 people over a two year period
to commission a DWDM 64x Nortel system for Norweb Telecom around England and saved
the company the total cost of £250,000 and delivered well within the allotted timescales.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

CH2M HILL 2005- Sep 2009 Site Project Manager

• Responsible for the initial on site surveys and design. Then managing the planning and
installation of both ISP and OSP (CIVILS) for the computer network infrastructure for the
MOD’s own ICT project from its inception to the final hand over.
• Manage the full life cycle management of the project organizing, chairing and minute
all meetings at each DP point.
• Making sure that the end to end project stays firmly compliant with Prince 2.
• On site management of entire construction installation, upgrades and change
management on a multitude of MOD base throughout the country.
• Constant KPI and Quality performance monitoring and reporting.
• Meeting time scales and tight budget costs CAPEX and OPEX.
• Continually maintained a friendly and helpful understanding with the client and
stakeholders.
• Responsible for all health and safety of all on site construction and installation
personnel. Making sure all personnel were adhering to all legislative and all on the site
safety and standards of the JSP 480 and the NID a set out by the MOD as well as
CH2MHILL’s own code of practices and health and safety policies.

• Carried out specific full life cycle projects throughout a nationwide network pertaining to
