A. Administered the 3rd Periodical Examination

OUTCOMES
*All the pupils took the 3rd examination test assisted by the
adviser with a passing rate.
*Pupils achieved at least 75% mastery in one week lesson
in all subject areas.

A .Early Registration
*Attended and assisted on the early registration for Kinder,
Grade 1 and Grade 7 at San Fabian Integrated School
SPED Center.

Mass for Saint Fabian

*I, together with the faculty members joined the said

activity.
* We supported our Candidate for Miss San Fabian 2014 as
a part of the DepEd Cluster.
*We attended the mass for Saint Fabian and showed our
religious faith to our Lord.
* I as a part of the faculty member showed my gratitude in
helping the GSP and BSP group. I facilitate in the evening
part of the camp and I enjoyed it together with the pupils.
*Accomplished the Annual Accomplishment Report for the
School year 2013.
*Prepared instructional materials like charts, pictures, real
objects and charts for more effective teaching- learning
process.

*Pupils achieved at least 75% mastery in one week lesson

* The pupils made different activities such as coloring and
making valentine cards for their beloved parents.
* The very active pupils of mine joined the said program
specifically in the modern dance contest and won the third
place in Level I.

adviser assisted the pupils very well and got the passing
percentage.
*All my smart and active pupils attended the closing
exercises with so much smile together with their proud and
ever supportive parents and adviser.
