Benifits

Intestinal wash has several important benefits to the

body and mind. No medicine can serve this purpose.

G.Muralikrishna

The action of water is very effective in removing blockages

and impurities from the gastro intestinal tract. As a result it is
very effective from those suffering from constipation and
digestive disorders such as stomach pains and hyper acidity
It is also very beneficial for urinary and kidney health as it
prevents the formation of kidney stones and infection.

Anatomy of
Varisara kriya

A s shown in the diagram there are 5 valve like

structures in our food passage. at any stage of
our digestive system, muscular tension
emotional tensions and even mental tensions
can restrict the flow in the system.
G.Muralikrishna

Generally each of these valves is controlled

involuntary by the bodys own timing control
systems. But what happens after many years of
bodily neglect or abuse is that they lose their natural
function., become inefficient and gradually the
system starts to pack up. this causes what is known
as auto-toxemia, a state where the bodys own
wastes begin to poison itself. To clear this we do
varisara kriya.
G.Muralikrishna

Method

Practitioner should drink the water slowly

by the mouth so as to fill the stomach up to the
throat and then push it by moving the abdomen
and evacuate it through the lower passage.
G.Muralikrishna

Using the 5 Asanas to open 5 valves

1.TadasanaOesophageal Valve
2.Tiryak tadasana - Pyloric Valve
3.Kati chakrasana Ileocecal Valve
4.Tiryak Bhujangasana Colon valve
5.Udarakarshasana. Anus valve

G.Muralikrishna

Do brisk walk .
Repeat all the 5 asana-- 5 to 6 rounds.
Then water will be evacuated.
all the water will not be evacuated initially,
but in the course of the next few hours it
should all pass through the rectum leaving
the intestines and bowels clear of all
matter. For this reason stay near by to a
toilet for the morning.

G.Muralikrishna

How it works

The water going through and all the asanas performed

along with all the breathing in and out being done during
the practice gently massage those valves to relax and
openup.
It works recondition the function of the valves.
