Tawhed

Al hakimiyyah

Tawheed Al-Haakimiyyah means unifying Allaah, the Most High, alone; One in
His judgement (Hukm) and His legislation (Tashree'). So just as He, the Most
High, has no partner in his Dominion and in controlling the affairs of the creation,
likewise, He has no partner in the judgement (Hukm) and legislation (Tashree').

QURAN,

But no, by your Rabb (lord), they can have no Iman (faith), until they make you
the judge in all disputes between them and find in themselves no resistance
against your decisions and accept (them) with full submission
[al Quran 4:65]

Do they then seek the judgement of (the Days of) Ignorance (Jahiliyyah)? And
who is better in judgment than Allah for a people who have firm belief? [Al
Quran 5:50]

It is not fitting for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His
Messenger have decided an affair (for them), that they should (after that) have
any option in their decision; and whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he
has indeed strayed in plain error. [Al Quran 33:36]

He (swt) also says, Judge between them by that which Allah has revealed and
follow not their desires and beware of them lest they seduce you from some
part of that which Allah has revealed to you. [Al-Maidah: 49]

Also Allah (swt) says in Surah al-Maidah, And whosoever does not rule by what
Allah has revealed then such are the kafireen (disbelievers). [Al-Maidah: 44]

As He, the Most High, said: The Hukm (judgment) is for none but Allh. He has
commanded that you worship none but Him, that is the (true) straight religion,
but most men know not. [al-Quraan 12:40]

And He, the Most High, said: {And Allaah judges and there is none to reject His
Hukm (judgment).[al-Quraan 13:41]

And He, the Most High, said: And there are none who associate with Him in His
Hukm (judgment).[al-Quraan 18:26]

And He, the Most High, said: Is it the Hukm (judgment) of Jaahiliyyah
(Ignorance, other judgement ms besides Sharillah), which they seek? And who is
better than Allaah in ruling for a people of certainty? [al-Quraan 5:50]

And And in whatsoever you disagree about, then its Hukm (judgment) is to
Allaah. [al-Quraan 42:10]

And He, the Most High, said: And if you obey them, then you would be
Mushrikoon. [al-Quraan 6:121]

HADITH,
The Prophet Muhammad (saw) recited this ayah: They (Jews and Christians)
took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah and (they also
took as their Lord) Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), while they were commanded
to worship none but One Ilh (God Allah) L ilha illa Huwa (none has the right
to be worshipped but He). Praise and glory be to Him, (far above is He) from
having the partners they associate (with Him).

Adi bin Hatim replied: They did not worship them.

Upon which the Prophet (saw) said: Yes they did. They (the rabbis and priests)
prohibited the permissible for them (i.e. the Jews & Christians) and allowed the
prohibited, and they obeyed them. This is how they worshiped them. [Ahmed &
Tirmidhi]
