The menu bar of Word organizes commands in a logical way, providing access to the features
you need. For example, all commands related tables are grouped in the table (TABLE) menu.
FILE menu (File) .- menu that is assigned the basic functions in the handling of documents,
namely, the administrative part of the documents that are created in the application.

Edit menu (Edit) .- Menu has assigned the primary functions in the handling of text.

View menu (View) .- Provides related to display various elements of the application and / or
physical way as you running the document options. In short grouped visualization tools within
the application.

Insert menu (Insert) .- menu containing all insert options that can be performed in or for a
document.

Choose Format (Format) .- It contains the functions that help you edit your document looks
like: color, font, alignment, borders and everything that makes a word processor, magical.

The previous five menus are the most important and common in a word processor, with
practice, the domain of the functions contained in it will be automatic, and the rest of the
functions of the other menus it will acquire with practice.
-Like Other Microsoft Office applications such as Word or PowerPoint, some menu
items have the caption: Ctrl + letter indicating that when pressed both keys, the
command is executed without accessing it from the menu. Other options appear

Start menu:
In this menu you can select the font, line spacing, size, technically you have the start menu
in Word only see styles is drawing this section allows to define a form, choose the color,

Insert menu:
Here you can insert tables, images, clip art, graphic shapes, hyperlinks, symbols, film
(which is to insert a clip) and sound (to insert a sound clip in either the slide or the entire
presentation).
Design menu:
It has options like orientation (to put the slide in vertical or horizontal), topics (which have a
default text style, text color, background styles, effects, etc. but change can be created)
Transitions menu:
Here you can apply transitions to slides as such transitions are the change from one slide
to another, to agregarles an effect and you see the change from one to another (and look
better presentation)
Animations menu:
In this menu we are able to put animation objects inserted into the slide, such as shapes,
images, videos, audio, etc. There are several types of animation: emphasis input or output
path animation in the latter you can draw the trajectory
Menu:
Three sections within this menu which are:
* Start Slide Show: It serves to have a preview of the presentation as stay
* Setup: Allows you to set the slide under us like we
* Monitors: Checks for errors in our work or not
Review menu:
With this menu you can review the contents inside the slide, it consists of three sections
which are:
* Revicion: Help to check the spelling, choose the language, etc.
* Comments: Modifies or personalized comments on the presentations
* Protect: As its name suggests allows us to protect our file with a password so that in this
way no one else has access to the document
Menu View:
This menu consists of four sections:
* View slide: we can see how they are being left our slides and identify where we are
wrong
* Zoom: zoom in or zoom into the slide and see it better
* Window: Opens a window in which you have another area to work
* Macros: you can insert animations (or some type of animations) to make it look better
presentation
This menu appears when you insert a shape and make click function as such is that you
can edit the shape either by changing background color, text or putting outline, has four
sections that are inserted forms as its name suggests allows you to insert a form, shape
styles to change color, background, etc. WordArt styles that highlight the text with letters of
different colors and styles and organizing to bring forward the forms to send back
background etc.
