Local burglaries
Thanks to people who have replied offering advice and assistance with security cameras. We
now have a team working on finding the best solution for Plimmerton.
Unfortunately people have advised us of more robberies in the area including the removal of
building materials and tools from two properties, homes as well as businesses are being
targeted.
We will keep you posted on the police investigation of these break-ins. And when talking to the
businesses that have been robbed the stress of the experience and the additional expense
incurred is apparent. Topor Bar and Bistro had to cancel a full house for its Wellington on a
Plate lunch on Saturday a major loss. Then theres the cost of beefing up security which is
not minor.
