I have not got a lot of information but I will do whatever I can do to help you today. As I understand it you have uploaded some documents. Gary: I have uploaded 4 documents to Centrelink attached to MyGov account, both under the category of Legal and Evidence to support claim. That is the complaint; your system as far as putting complaints through has failed. I spent an hour talking to Michelle from Level 1 who was putting my Complaint documents through as a complaint. The reason why I want this complaint addressed quickly, legally and efficiently. We are talking about Broken Hill Centrelink Manager, staff and the Agent at Menindee Centrelink Agency. This complaint also involves the Manager and employees of an organisation called “Murdi Paaki” a provider of “Remote Jobs and Communities Program” coming under the portfolio of Prime Minister and Cabinet. These people have committed illegal acts against me, treated me with malice contempt and carried out revenge. Joel: That’s all pretty serious! Gary: Yes, I have made complaints with all the relevant bodies and the problems have not been addressed. So my only avenue to advert illegal and malice acts against me to estrange Centrelink, its agency and “Murdi Paaki”. The terminology I’m using is to separate from & not associate with in case there are other meanings. Murdi Paaki comes under the portfolio of Prime Minister and Cabinet, it differs from Employment services in the general population under the portfolio of the Employment Minister. Remote Jobs and Communities Program to be re‐named “Community Development Program” is only rolled out in a handful of places across Australia in remote areas where there is high indigenous populations. Which is why it comes under the portfolio of Prime Minister and Cabinet. I estranged Broken Hill Centrelink and Murdi Paaki in July 2014. The delivery date of my last payment was the 22 August 2014 for the previous fortnight. I do not want to be taken out of context, which is why I’ve been as carefully as I could and hopefully I’ve been accurate, concise and understandable. From this point on I would like the Department to refer to the documentation as I do not want there to be any misunderstanding. I have been told by DHS social worker, local member and Department who are all preaching from the same Bible and saying exactly the same thing which is obviously rehearsed in saying my obligations are. What I am saying is I want to deal with humans, and I want the Government to understand that it is irrelevant to be demanding obligations when the Government is allowing illegal acts against me. I have not got an obligation to accept illegal and malice acts in return for basic services available to the general population. Joel: Can you go into what those acts were? Gary: No, I am going to ask the Government to refer to the documentation in order to ensure I am not misrepresented and to ensure this is dealt with in a manner that is respectful to deal with the actual problems. I would like to make a statement on the record that I have had to borrow money to survive since the end of August 2014. That I have had no services, since the end of August 2014. (Then we had an off the record chat) I have had all my services including healthcare removed,. I separated from Centrelink because of the illegal malice acts against me, making me ineligible for assistance with electricity or food vouchers through charities because receiving benefits is a criteria. There is a separation of powers with Centrelink able and claiming to have no responsibility over what Remote Jobs and Communities does. Prime Minister and Cabinet for “Remote Jobs and Communities Program” is acting as a separate entity claiming that my complaint should be going to DHS.

    Ihavenothadanyworktosupportmyself,atthesametimeIhavetriedtomaintainalegal
    challengeagainsttheGovernmentforwhattheyhavedone!

    Ihavebeenatdisadvantagewithoutmoneyorresourcesanddismisstheargumentthatanytimeline
    haselapsedbecauseofthedisadvantagecreatedbytheillegalactsandmalice.

    Inordertosurvive&moveforwardIneedthatmoneythatIhaventreceivedforthelast12months.

    Joel:Becauseofthecomplexityitisnotgoingtobeaquickprocess,Icanbeprettycertainthatitis
    notgoingtobequick.ItwillprobablyhavetogothroughourlegaldepartmentbutIamnotsure
