the online job boards or the newspaper recruitment
adverts, we guarantee to fill your vacancy or your
money back! Yes that is right – a 100% refund.

If you can offer our agency your vacancy on an
exclusive basis for a period of 4 weeks we now have
the following flat fee packages:
 £695 Exclusive Standard package

With one flat fee of £695 + VAT (with discounts available for multiple vacancies) we can now offer
you the best of both worlds. The low cost of advertising directly with the expertise of using a
professional recruitment agency.
For a period of 4 weeks we undertake to:
• Advertise your permanent job on a wide selection of leading and niche online job boards.
• Search through the UK and Ireland’s leading candidate databases including our own database
which currently has over 15,000 candidates. Our CV resource team contact these candidates on
your behalf inviting them to apply for the position.
• Manage all mail and telephone responses to your vacancies. We filter and telescreen all suitable
job seekers prior to submitting the CV to you
• Obtain essential ID documentation and check eligibility to work
• Organise for candidates to attend interviews at your company
• Free 30 day replacement.*

Multi - vacancy packs

• If you are planning a recruitment drive or want all of the benefits of the Recruitment Direct
service at lower prices, then why not take advantage of our multi-vacancy pack? You can save up
to 1/3 by purchasing multiple vacancies in advance. The following packs are available:

These vacancies can be used for a period of 12 months from the date of your first placement.
If a vacancy is not filled you can simply rerun the job vacancy or request a credit.

What happens if my Vacancy is non-Exclusive?

10% Package
If your vacancy is currently placed with a number of other agencies (i.e non exclusive) our 10% no
placement – no fee package may suit your recruitment needs. Therefore if we successfully fill your
vacancy our fee is fixed at 10% of the candidate’s basic salary.
This offers all the advantages of the standard package plus a free replacement up to 12 weeks or
refund on a sliding scale*

 How the process works

Our process works in 4 easy steps:

1) Call us on 02890 580888 or email your vacancy to

info@recruitmentdirect.net You will be assigned
a personal Account Manager for a 4 week period,
who will contact you to discuss your requirements
and advise you on every aspect of the recruitment
process.

2) When we receive your job specification we’ll

ensure that your job appears on all the major job

3) Our team will check, screen and forward
candidate applications to you as soon as they

4) You interview any suitable candidates and inform

us of any offers you wish to make

Temp to perm after 13 weeks

Many of our candidates can be employed on a
temporary basis (subject to credit check). You can
employ a temporary candidate for as little as 5 hours
to cover holidays, sickness, maternity/paternity cover
or in busy periods when you require additional staff.
We interview, test and check ID documentation, plus
obtain 2 references. We then payroll the candidate
and pay their NIC and holiday pay. We charge you an
hourly rate and invoice you on a weekly basis. After 13
weeks you may employ this candidate directly at
no further cost.
As Recruitment Direct is registered with the
Equality Commission we submit an annual return for
all staff employed.
