Description:
To lead the whole QA/QC team of the Project to ensure QA/QC support to Culzean Project
assigned is carried out in accordance to the Project contractual requirements specified
To support and guide for the functions of SQS; CA; IVB; NOBO; QA in Fabrication to
requirements of the Project Contract and specifications so as to achieve the agreed quality
requirements of the project contracted
Read, understand and implement of the contractual quality requirements of the Project in its
various relevant specifications
Develop and review procedures. ITPs, Site Queries, Technical Deviation Permits, Technical
Queries etc. in line with the requirements of Project specifications
Review Vendor and Subcontractors procedures, ITPS, etc. and ensure congruence with the
requirements of relevant specifications and procedures
Implement, monitor and supervise quality control, welding and NDE functions to ensure
smooth operation of the project
Review technical issue encountered at construction site and co-ordinate with concerned
parties
Co-ordinate 3rd party inspection and certification with Project Management Teams and Clients
representatives
Ensure inspection reports are generated regularly and are signed off by the client, complied
and stored safely
Review and analyses non-conformances, Corrective Action Requests, clients complaints and
report trends
Ensure that site changes are capture and red-line mark-up are submitted to Engineering for
as-built and Oversee final documentation
Obtain Project Certification and Completion report from Clients

Degree in any engineering field

Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC in which minimum 5 years of experience
as a lead QA/QC Manager position in Oil & Gas Industries for Offshore Platform
Projects
Professional certification with CSWIP,CWI, ASNT Level II in RT,UT,MPI
Able to commit throughout the project (estimated 3 years)
Familiar with all latest inspection equipment such as Phase & Array UT, Digital RT,
Semi-Automatic Welding, Coat testing Equipment, Hardness Tester, Ferrite Tester
and other measuring equipment
Familiar with International Codes and Standards
Familiar with Fabrication of WHP/CPF Topsides and LQ
Sound knowledge in quality control and quality management system for Oil & Gas
and Marine Industries
Conversant with all relevant International standards (ISO, BS, ASTM, ASME, AWS,
etc.) and specifications related to the all above mentioned activities
Good communication skills and management abilities
Good knowledge in engineering drawings and documents including P & ID,
Isometric, Layout and Detail drawing, Bill of Materials, etc
Conversant with Certifying Agencys procedures and works
Positive working attitude
Fast leaner
Good team player and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Willing to commit overtime
Willing to travel overseas when required
5 days work week: Mondays to Fridays- 8.00am to 5.30pm
