Powder FX Custom pricing
Powder FX Custom Coatings is your local custom powder coating shop. Each order is unique and different from one another; therefore a set standard price
list is not available. However, we offer estimates on a "per order" basis. Estimates can only be finalized after an inspection of each part/order to verify and
determine
the condition of what is to be powder coated and the preparation and labor required to achieve the desired outcome.
At Powder FX Custom Coatings, we offer free pickup and delivery in the Winnipeg area.
We can come out to evaluate your parts to give you a more
accurate estimate.
Initial prep work is the most labor intensive. Having your parts stripped of all surface coatings, removing all plastic
tabs and rubber grommets, etc, and
having your part(s) cleaned, will ultimately help keep the overall price down. Anything that cannot handle
temperatures of up to 400oF for an extended
period of time should also be removed.

The above prices are baseline starting prices. Actual prices will vary according to part conditions.
All Metallic, Clear Coats or Candies are 50% higher in price due to the process of requiring two coats.

Terms and Conditions:

Prices are based on all parts being bare metal, stripped of any coating and having any part(s) removed that cannot withstand temperatures of over
400 degrees for an extended period of time.
Prices are based on single coat color applications. Additional coats are an additional 50% in price.
Metallic and chrome colors require a top clear coat. Candy colors require a chrome base coat. These applications are an
additional 50% above price listed.
Parts requiring above average preparation time will be charged an additional $50 per hour.
Parts that are badly rusted or have several coatings that take longer to be removed by our chemical stripping will be sent to our commercial blaster prior to
our preparation. In these situations, the sandblasting cost will be charged directly to you with no mark up by Powder fx Custom Coatings
We do not disassemble or assemble any parts. This is the sole responsibility of the customer.
