You are about to embark on a wonderful odyssey that few people have
traveled. Congratulations for acting on your curiosity and wonder, and for
being willing to take a risk. We are all fellow travelers on this journey
into a new frontier. Welcome to this comprehensive, beginning to
intermediate, program!
THERE'S A LOT HERE AND, AT FIRST GLANCE, IT CAN SEEM OVERWHELMING OR11
INTIMIDATING SO PLEASE DON'T PANIC BY THE AMOUNT AND APPARENT COMPLEXITY OF
THIS MATERIAL! THE BASIC PROCESS IS ACTUALLY VERY SIMPLE. JUST TAKE IT ONE
STEP AT A TIME AND YOU'LL DO FINE. IF YOU STILL DO FEEL OVERWHELMED AND
INTIMIDATED, JUST GO DIRECTLY TO THE MINI-SESSION CD AND DO SEVERAL MINISESSIONS UNTIL YOU GET A SENSE OF THE BASIC SIMPLICITY OF THE PROCESS. IF
YOU WANT, YOU CAN JUST DO MINI-SESSIONS ONLY UNTIL YOU ARE READY FOR
SOMETHING NEW. [SEE POINT EIGHT FOR THE "QUICK START" PROGRAM.] REMEMBER
"IF IT'S WORTH DOING, IT'S WORTH DOING EFFORTLESSLY". YOU CAN DO IT, SO
DON'T JUST LET IT SIT ON THE SHELF! EVEN IF YOU JUST HAVE A FEW MINUTES A
WEEK (OR EVEN A MONTH!), YOU CAN STILL LEARN IT AND APPLY IT WELL!
--- MINI-SESSIONS --THE QUICK START EXCEPTION: If youre really chaffing at the bit to do
RV right now:
-you can go for it and pick a target ID from the target pack or web site,
{(the mini-session is on CD 3) or have a friend pick a target, and do minisessions, right now, without any prep,}
-after you finish reading the rest of the points, you can do as many minisessions as you want, whenever you want.
{You can also do the Remote Viewing Game right now.}
First:
-Please look at the printed materials in advance, just to familiarize
yourself with the contents (except the targets).
-Be sure and look at the sample sessions (look in the colored index in
front).
-The CDs, however, will explain how to use the printed material in a stepby-step context that will be easy to follow.
(Except for this read me) DO NOT START YOUR SERIOUS STUDY WITH THE
PRINTED MATERIAL FIRST! Start with the CDs first! The printed materials in
this notebook are ONLY A SUPPLEMENTARY AID to the instructions given on the

CDs. The printed materials are not meant to be your primary guide.
If you start right in with the printed materials first, without the
guidance of the CDs, you will get lost and it will look much more
complicated than it actually is!
DO NOT LOOK AT OR READ THE TARGET PACKS. YOU MUST STAY BLIND TO THESE
TARGETS. You can, however, familiarize yourself with all the other
sections.

SECOND:
-You must read and initial all the enclosed informed consent form and sign
on the LAST PAGE. This form tells you what you can expect and not expect.

THIRD:
-there is A HUGE AMOUNT of New printed material in the manuals not
mentioned on the CDs and the SINGLE MANUAL HAS BEEN SPLIT UP INTO MANY
SMALLER MORE COMPREHENSIVE MANUALS AND REPAGINATED.
-There is now a MINI & SHORT SESSION TEMPLATE to guide you through sessions
with less time and energy. Use it if it best fits the time and energy you
have.
-There has been TARGET PACK added. Use these first.
-There are some optional "movement exercises" templates that are totally
optional. You can do "movement exercises" fine without them. Consider using
them only after you've done some complete FULL sessions.
-There are ADDITIONAL HEADINGS AND EXAMPLES AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL MANUALS.
After listening to the CDs, please call if youre your not sure what a
particular example or heading is referring to.
NEW CDs WILL BE OUT SOON TO BETTER MATCH THE CONTINUALY IMPROVING, MANUALS
(Our manuals are in a state of flux and reconstruction as we add on new
material and manuals to vastly improve our product. Because of this, page
numbers in the table of contents do not always match the actual pages.
Also, the CDs are not completely calibrated to the new manuals yet. Our
products is much improved and worth the discrepancies you may find.)
-(The advanced program will be available soon. Also, please note that the
CDs will be redone (and recalibrated to the manuals) in a professional
studio soon, so if you want the re-done CDs with less background noise, I
will ship them to you at cost, at your request. They should be re-done by
Dec. 2006. There will be no, or little, difference in the actual content of

the redone DCs.)

FOURTH:
-Xeroxing (or printing): BEFORE YOU DO YOUR SECOND FULL RV SESSION You
will need to do some Xeroxing or printing. You have been provided with
several master documents and a limited number of copies to get you started.
Do not write on the masters. You also have these templates on the
Documents CD as Word Documents to be printed out)
-You have been provided with only one master of the guided session
template
-You have also been provided only one additional Xerox copy of that same
master, in order to get you started on your first full session.
-However, for every subsequent additional session you do, you need to Xerox
a new copy of the template or you will run out.
-(Since you will hopefully be doing numerous sessions over a long period of
time, it is impractical to send you such a large stack of templates. It is
much more practical for you to Xerox them as needed. )
-Again, you need to Xerox additional copies of the master Guided Session
Template, to be able to do additional sessions.
-Xerox them on an as-needed basis. All the master templates are in the
back of this notebook. (Look in the colored index in front.)
-Again, there is only one provided copy of the Guided session template for
you to write on in this notebook.
-It is recommended that you start by making 5-10 copies of the Guided
Session Template.

notebook/ manual. (See the index.)
-Doing all this may seem a little tedious and complicated at first to keep
track of all this, but its really not that hard. You can do it. (Dont
procrastinate.)

FIFTH: Sound Quality:

-These CDs will shortly be re-recorded in a professional studio with
professional sound quality and editing. Besides the more professional
touch, and the lack of background noises and clicks, there will be almost
no difference in the CDs.
-The current set of CDs is totally functional and effective. If you
choose, however, the newer CDs will be sent to you for only our cost of
shipping & handling and of the cost of the blank cassettes.

For maximum ease and effective learning, please listen to the programs
audio sections in the following order:
They are designed to ease you into a full, complete remote viewing
session step by step. If you start with the more difficult sections first,
youll have to use a tremendous amount of energy simultaneously for both
the learning process and for the remote viewing itself. Remote viewing just
in and of itself is very energy intensive.
When done right, remote viewing is an energy intensive, exhilarating,
exciting, fun, profound, transforming, natural process. Your experience, of
course, will also be effected by the nature of the target youre viewing

RECOMENDED audio section ORDER (for the Entire Course CD):
1) Basics of remote Viewing:
(Also, read and sign the informed consent form! It outlines what to
expect!)
2) Remote viewing skills:
-Remote viewing Mini-sessions

(This session is preceded by the pre-session mind settling procedure) (15

3) Guided remote viewing session with full explanation. (4 hours!)
(This session is not like a regular RV session you will be doing. It is for
training only. You then move on to shorter more normal sessions. This
session is over 4 hours long !! and should be done in three parts over
three days !! or with at least a 2 hour break between parts ! Dont make
this a marathon session or youll burn yourself out.

This particular section is to teach you the full process. It is not

designed to give you excellent target contact. The subsequent sections will
allow you to do that.

min.) AND followed by the post-session grounding procedure (15 min)
4) Guided remote viewing session with minimal explanation. (2 hours)

5) Guided remote viewing session with no explanation. (1 hour)
(This session is preceded by the pre-session mind settling procedure) (15

-Continue to use the no explanation section to guide you until youre
ready to do a remote
session procedure entirely from memory, with or without a template.
OR you can do a variety different session types depending on your energy
level, time available, and mood. For example, sometimes its fun to do a
mini-session, or informal session now and then, or you might just have time
and energy for a mini-session.
SIXTH: Important preparation to be aware of before you begin:
It is suggested that you:
-buy at least three containers of non-scented Play Doh ( or Clay) one
white, one blue, one yellow.
-buy at least one ream of 8 1/2

-make sure you have the understanding and support of your spouse, or
significant other. If you have someone you can share your experience with,
you can more greatly benefit from your sessions!

SEVENTH: TARGET PRACTICE (practice, practice, practice makes perfect!)
You can practice using targets provided in:
-your manual or
-you can practice using targets provided on our web page

We recommend, if possible, that you first use the ones on the web page
(www.remoteviewers.com/target.htm) because they are in color. The Black and
white target photos in the manual work fine, so dont worry if you dont
have internet access!
-Two kinds of targets are provided for you in the manual and on the web
page. One group of target names and another different group of target
photos. None of them are the same targets. Practice on both kinds of
targets.
-Just before you view, select only a target ID number (target coordinates)
from one of these lists. You dont want to know what the target is before
you view it. You just want the ID. (Or you can have a friend make up a
target for you and then assign 8 random numbers to it)
WHEN YOU LOOK FOR TARGETS IN THE TARGET PACK:
1) The first group of targets are a list of name targets printed on the
left side of the page, with the target identification number on the right
side of the page. (e.g. the signing of the Magna Carta / event) MAKE
SURE YOU COVER THE TARGET NAMES ON THE LEFT SIDE WHEN YOU ARE PICKING A
TARGET ID ON THE RIGHT SIDE TO REMOTE VIEW.
2) The second group of targets are photo targets (e.g. A picture of a
chipmunk) with the target ID on the upper right corner. Just fan through
the numbers on the upper right corner of the photo target pages, to select
one of the target IDs without looking at the photo on that page.
-When youre finished with the session, go back and find out what your
target was without looking at any of the other targets. Use a separate
sheet of paper to cover the other targets so you cant see them.
EIGHTH:
-We apologize that the program, although fully effective and functional, is
still a little rough around the edges in terms of some spelling and
grammatical errors. If you find any thing confusing or that could be
improved on, let us know! We want to keep evolving this excellent program
into something even more excellent! This process will always continue, and
we will never claim to have created something that cannot be improved on.
