To lay down a procedure for returning of raw and packing materials rejected on-line
during Production.

This procedure shall be adopted for returning of raw and packing material rejected on line
during production

Materials not suitable for production are returned to Warehouse by way of On-Line

Rejection Note (OLRN).

Enter the following in OLRN.
Name of the product and Batch No.
Name of the component.
A. R. No.
Reason for rejection.
Quantity.
Affix status label with details on each component.
Inform IPQA Executive / Officer to check the material as per on OLRN.
After getting approval from QA Head, send the note to Warehouse and Plant head.
After approval from Plant head, send the material to the Warehouse.
