ATTY. HENRY L. DUEAS

Brgy. Chairman
Brgy. Signal Village, Taguig, Metro Manila
Dear Atty./Brgy. Capt. Dueas,
May I appeal my predicament to your good self/good office as a resident of this
barangay with residence address at #5 Int. Col. Arroyo St., Zone A, Signal Village,
Taguig, M.M.
May problem is the occupancy of Alley #6 by my neighbors MESSRS.
FRANCISCO COSTALES, DORY COSTALES and RAYMUNDO B. CHAI of 94 Gen.
Eusebio St., of this barangay.
Barangay record shows that the undersigned as Complainant brought a
Complaint against Respondents for appropriating for themselves and practically
blocking Alley 6 which is a subdivision Alley for the benefits of interior lot owners like
me.
My Complaint Sir, was heard by the Lupon ng Tagapamayapa but apparently the
Respondents would not be persuaded to clear the Alley that is, Alley #6 Block 333 which
as your good self will see in the enclosed Certification signed by ENGR. HENARIO
BYARAS, that MESSRS. FRANCISCO COSTALES etal. occupied a portion of Alley #6
to the detriment and discomfort of the undersigned Complainant. This occupancy by
Respondents really obstructs the free use by/of the undersigneds rights of way as
owner of Lot 42 as attested by the Certification and Diagram attached hereto as Annex
A, A-1, A-2 and A-3.
This obstruction as may be seen was attested by Pangkat Chairman Capt.
Florencio Quintero (Ret.), Pangkat Member Atty. Catalino G. Luzano, Pangkat Secretary
Rodolfo S. Seletaria (Ret) and Baraga Secretary Helen M. Baron, a Certification is
likewise enclosed as Annex B, B-1 & B-2.
In writing your good self and good office, may we appeal for the exercise of
authority and/or power of your good office re this issue where Annex B mentioned
above states that Respondents failed to appear to scheduled hearings so no conciliation
was reached. Apparently, Respondents either does not care or just ignore the power
and authority of your good-self. A respected resident of our community told me and I
share his opinion that your good-self as Barangay Captain has ample authority to
enforce what yourself may think as necessary to give justice to bonafide resident of this
barangay.
For this reason, may I address this appeal to your good-self/good office to re
investigate and/or examine the issues in this case and give me (do us) the justice by the
removal of the obstructions in Alley #6 mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
Sana po at dalangin ko sa Maykapal na nawa ay Makita and/or appreciate ninyo
ang katarungang hinihingi ko batay sa mga katotohanang nailalahad sa itaas.
Pagpalain po kayo at inyong buong sambahayan ng Maykapal and More Power to you.
Lubos na gumagalang,
