Corporate Partnerships Manager
Immediate until March 2016 with possibilities of extension
Based in Makati
Role Profile: The Corporate Partnerships Manager will deliver on revenue goals through engagement with external
and internal partners and stakeholders. He/she will implement the efforts to grow our partnership footprint
significantly in the coming three years.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

In coordination with the Senior Manager for Corporate Partnerships the post holder is expected to implement a
plan to grow the portfolio of corporate parters.
Seek out new opportunities for corporate engagement
Promote campaigns and appeals to new corporate partners to increase the level of engagement and grow the
relationship to increasingly higher levels of mutual support and understanding
Champion our payroll giving campaign to all corporate partners
Ensure all promotional materials fit within Save the Children brand guidelines
Contribute to supporter engagement and communication plans with an eye to Corporate Donors and their
employees.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES


Bachelors degree with a focus on Marketing required, MBA preferred

Must have at least 2 years experience in account management, and communications highly desirable
Proven track record in account and/or campaign management in competitive environments
Knowledge of current theories and practices in sales, marketing and communications
Experience with CSR or ethical business practices desirable
Possess positive attitude with an entrepreneurial drive to achieve success
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral & writing skills
Goal oriented with the ability to solve problems & take initiative
Ability to work in ambiguous environment
Knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications
Ability to drive projects through to completion and prioritise tasks

Finance & Awards Officer Fundraising Unit


Immediate until December 2015 with possibilities of extension
Based in Makati City
Role Profile: The Finance and Awards Officer is responsible for the overall management of financial, accounting,
budgetary and reporting aspect of Fundraising in compliance with SCI finance policies and procedures. FAO will be a
member of the Fundraising and Marketing team and is further responsible for ensuring track records in AMS are
created and updated. The FAO enforces internal control through review and monitoring of financial transactions and
documents.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Financial Control
Review and verification of fundraising transactions, invoice accuracy and completeness of supporting
documents; prepares payment requests
Prepare monthly income reconciliation and review against SG Global Services and Global Payments reports
for review and approval of Fundraising & Marketing Director and submission to country Finance.
Ensure proper disaggregation of income and recording in Agresso
Monitor and reconcile payments, invoices and reports for clawback purposes
Due diligence review and assessment of selected suppliers
Facilitate F2F Trainees allowance pay-out and timely liquidation of advances
Prepare budget loaders for any revision on Fundraising budget
2. Financial Reporting
Prepares PMR, Quarterly Reports, reforecasts and BVAs for fundraising department
Communicate with Snr Manager Finance and Fundraising and Marketing Director on issues related to finance
3. Compliance and audit
Proper review of finance documents and transactions to ensure correct data input into the system
Coordinates with NO during the conduct of both internal and external audits
Ensure contracts and supplier process adhere to internal policy
4. Grants/Awards Management
Create and update records in AMS based on a member office perspective for corporate donations
Update of Funding Stream and other related SOFs based on actual income received and recorded in Agresso
5. Others
Contributes to the wider achievement of goals for children under the overall context of Save the Children in
the Philippines
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
Essential
Must be a CPA
SUN system and/or Agresso systems experience desirable
At least 5 years work experience in finance
Knowledge of sales and marketing reports
Experience in the use of accounting packages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work on tight deadlines
High sense of urgency and well-developed work ethic
Desirable
International NGO experience
Proven track record of working independently and with little supervision

International non-profit work experience
